Recently I have gone to taco bell an gotta extra meat on my Nacho bell grande or my burrito and at both incidents there have been no meat on the first time I contact Taco Bell and let them know what happened told them not to worried about it. Just wanted to let them be inform. And here we go ahead this time it happened again. Taco bell employees get paid 15+$ an hour and can't follow simply directions. I believe they need to get all new employees or they just need to get some darn glasses. If I could give zero stars that's what I would give them

Haven't had taco bell in years.. decided to stop and get Togo. Went in had cash so went to counter and they just looked at me like, with do you want? No greeting.. ordered my food paid, it didn't take long before they threw a bag on the counter and yelled my name.. took it and left.. crunch wrap was ok.. mex pizza just sucked.. what happened?

To ask for one simple burrito with no rice seems impossible here. Gave me an old ass burrito WITH rice, getting paid $15+ an hour to not be competent enough to remake ONE burrito and instead give me a burrito that has possibly been there for hours. Cook needs to do better and the person bagging the food should be considerate of customers, ESPECIALLY pregnant customers.

They get rid of good customer service by forcing everyone to use kiosk.. Thus why will only get 2 stars.. Should keep a regular register open.. And ability to print receipts from machine.. will not come back to this location..
