Cold food. Ted thought it was more important to act like a lady a gossip instead of fixing the issue. Salad from salad bar soaking wet. Steak ordered medium came out rare. If it wasn’t for Tyler helping the bad service from William we would have left. No tip. No apologies for the long wait for our food. Want good food I suggest ribeyes.
I went there one time. Nobody was hardly there and the food was cold and the waitress would forget what we would tell her to bring us and then exspensive . I was glad I was not paying. I will never go there again!
Service is HORRIBLE!!! Sunday 2:55pm, there are 7 people in the dining room and a party in the party room. After being seated I waited over 5 minutes and no waitress. There were 4 waitresses sitting in the dining room on the other side. I decided to just leave because it was evident that noone was there to work. I did call as I left and talked to Madison but she didn't grasp the problem. I am a patient person however this scenario was irksome.
