They only get 1 star cause I can't give a zero. Y'all don't bother wasting your money at Ted's Steakhouse in Clinton. They had to take my plate back 3 times because of an illiterate cook. The sauteed mushrooms were out of the can even though they swore they won't and served COLD. My steak came back still mooing. My LOADED baked potato came plain. Oh and we didn't get our appetizer til after we were almost done eating. They wouldn't even discount NOT even a little bit. And to top it alllll off. The restaurant was practically empty! Almost a $100 ticket. OUTRAGEOUS NEVER AGAIN

Take out order 4 large hamburger steak plates, gravy and loaded potato on January 16. I got there in the 20 minutes she said it would be done. I had to wait about 5 minutes in which I did not mind. I got to my sister's house within 5 minutes. Each of our hamburger steaks was really burned on one side but we cut that part off and ate it. This was for my sisters birthday so needless to say I was very disappointed. I should have taken it back but I didn't. I should have called about it, but I didn't. But the more I think about it, the more disgruntled I get. I paid 53.46 for our meal. Next time. I will check our steaks before I leave .

We went last night for my Mom's birthday dinner. Our server William S. was great, very attentive and pleasant.The owner, Ted even came through refilling drinks. Which I'm not surprised he isn't above pitching in where needed. We all had a great experience, most importantly my Mom did.I tried to leave a review after we left but I must've done something wrong.Anyway, I most definitely will be returning and recommending Ted's!!! Waited over an hour to get my food, when I did it was good and the chicken was tough. Will not be going back.
Worst restaurant service I’ve experienced in decades. The drinks came out quickly and the order was taken quickly. That’s where anything remotely decent occurred. It was 45 minutes before we got a refill on drinks. No word about the length of time it was taking to make our food. Food came out one hour and 20 minutes after ordering. No apology, nothing. I ordered marinated chicken breast. Lukewarm at best. The sweet potato fries were cold and hard—not edible. Won’t make this mistake a second time. Everyone in the dining room was complaining. Everyone. Terrible experience. Waste of time and money. My husband got a $25 steak that half of it is going home to the dog. Please don’t waste your time and money here.
