Me and my mother in law visited the winery over the weekend. we had a wonderful time. Robbie who did our tasting was excellent. He told stories and made us laugh. We had a great dinner. (steak was a little over done but overall was delicious. We had our wine hand delivered to our room with a complimentary bottle with 2 wine glasses. All the wines on the semi sweet and sweet list were delicious. I came home with several bottles. if u r looking for a night away check there over night package out.

We came recently as a party of 4 with a reservation. While the wine tasting was pleasant, the meal took 2 hours and 45 minutes to receive everything. We also came for the crab bowl and the chicken Oscar, and crab was out because "it was too expensive to get," but it was still on the menu. That's not a huge deal, considering the lack of workers available. What was bad was the price we paid for our meals for what we received- $28+ for chicken Oscar (dry chicken, very dry stuffed potato, soggy asparagus, dry bun, and very little Oscar sauce) and $33 for K beef medallions (really just one piece of beef). We REALLY wanted to like this place because it is great meeting spot. Maybe we should have gotten the soup. We just expected some great meals for the price. The owner looks like she works her butt off. It would be helpful if they capped service to what they could handle, instead of serving bad food with long waits. Otherwise, the building itself is gorgeous, and the gift shop is excellent.
A gem! So charming, the food and service were great. The vegetable beef soup was incredible and the steak and potato fantastic. Hadn’t been here in 20years and it still looked the same. So charming!

Both times we had a planned event. the first was a meeting of about 20 people ,the next was an event of approx 80 people. Both times we waited along time for our food. The first time we waited for about an hour . We were told they had servers that didn’t show up. The next time it took an hour and a half to even get a salad. The management was very nice and polite. They just need more servers or to plan better when serving a large group. Some of us had not eaten all day due to a very tight schedule. They knew our meeting time for the 80 group . It started at 6 and finished about 7. It was 8:30 before we even got a salad. Also the walk ways throughout need some work.

Took my dad for dinner. Beautiful atmosphere. Very warm and rustic. Service and food was way over the top! The ribeye was cooked medium, just as I ordered, and the stuffed potato was very tasty. The waitress was very accommodating and the owner even came out and asked us if we needed anything. We will definitely dine here again.
