On Nov 4, 2025 we carried our father out to this restaurant. The food was great and the service was great also. French toast, grits, bacon, coffee, water me(Velma) and Sister Washandra. French toast grits, ham, lemonade , and water Brother Anthony. French toast grits, ham, coffee , and water Brother George. Daddy got grits, bacon, toast, tea and water. What a breakfast. Thanks for helping us to celebrate his 84th birthday.
We decided to try the place this morning for breakfast and were pleasantly surprised and impressed. We both got a simple country breakfast plate with toast.
I ordered a piece of link sausage, because not everyone knows how to cook link sausage. It was absolutely perfect. Unfortunately we stopped for breakfast. The restaurant wasn’t very crowded, but we still had trouble getting waited on. After about 15 minutes they finally took our order, and then the wait really began. An hour after we arrived, we physically got up and found our waitress and asked her to check on our order. They hadn’t even started. No explanation, no apology, just indifference from our waitress. We left. It’s an hour of our life we won’t get back!
