My mother and I had breakfast on 11/10/2024 our server was Shantae( sorry if I spelled it wrong), but she was very cheerful,attentive and welcoming. The food was prepared to our liking and the restaurant was clean. I live in South Carolina and was visiting my mother for the weekend and we chose to eat at this location for breakfast even though there were other places to patron. I will visit this Waffle House again when I am in Clinton NC. Good job to all the staff that worked on this day. We were there around 9am.

Cant even rate the food I didn't wait long enough to get any. Walked in place was empty. Maybe 8 workers all semi looking busy. Literally walking past us over and over again, i had to grab my own menu. They all look like wage zombies that could careless if they actually took an order or not all day long. Watched a girl yell out an order trying and the one singular cook was no where to be found so she just walks off. If I was the owner I'd fire ever single person in there and start over.

Really mi sorry for the people invest on waffle of Clinton:i i have a bad service on everything , they give me a table than make me wait and wait and wait , i order coffe after30 minutes thank god i have coffe now lets thalk abour the Food nothing to see what a order all most get up and live ; not good may be not come in back : defenetly not comen back like i said in sorry but some people do not take care.

Food was horribly done. Waffle was not fully cooked, asked for “over-easy” eggs and recieved fired well done. I had to ask for a water three times and finally recieved one halfway through the meal. The staff were very friendly and nice, although grossly incompetent.

I got fired for no reason after I cleaned everything at end of shift. I couldn’t wash one single egg shell holder after it was already end of my shift and another employee went and said that I wouldn’t do it and I got fired.

Well I had a hangry.! For some bacon and eggs. Since I had eaten there before. I thought I’d give it a try again. Much better this time. My order actually came all at the same time. The dish was hot and very good.

I was asked to leave this restaurant because I was eating by myself and was told by a wait staff it was their policy not to serve people eating alone. I wrote corporate an email which was forwarded to the owner who in turn asked a manager to handle my complaint. He handled it by calling me and saying this is not our policy and the wait staff person was misinformed blah blah blah but he also said I'm going to send you a coupon in the mail for a meal which never happened, which in my opinion he is a patronizing liar. This place is absolutely awful and that's horrible to say since they haven't even been there that long. The only good thing I can say is that the food was ok. Our waitress came to our table once. They had enough help there to take the place off. The floors were dirty and the only thing the staff can do was talk and vape in front of customers. The place only had one other table and our waitress was so sorry, one of the cooks had to bring us our food. The food came to the table wrong and we never got a refill on our drinks.The manager on duty could obviously tell I was upset and walked away when we went to pay and stress our concerns. The poor girl at the register had to hear my problems. They need a major management adjustment. I should've taken pictures while I was there.This is my first and last time coming here.

This is the best Waffle House I have ever been to! They were very busy so we had to wait for a seat. While we waited a gentleman took our order and by the time we sat down our drinks were already on the table and food wasn’t far behind. Everyone had a great attitude and the place was clean.
It was the worst experience I have had at a restaurant.. our waitress was friendly but the atmosphere was way too loud... yelling and hollering from the staff. You couldn't even talk or hear the person sitting right next to you. The selections of food were disappointing. U can make it at hime way better and way cheaper. I wanted to try the place to see for myself but it's a place I won't return to. An anxious or autistic person would freak out in such an environment.

Finally found a time to go after they have been opened about a month. Probably one of my worst Waffle House experiences. I got an undercooked egg which I never got the chance to address since the waitress took so long to return with my waffle that sat on the counter prepared for a while. I ate only the bacon and 1 slice of toast. When she finally brought the waffle I was already preparing to leave. When she rang me up she offered to take off the waffle not taking any time to address none of the grits or eggs had been touched. 9.75 for 3 pieces of bacon and I slice of toast. I will not return which is so disappointing because I was truly looking forward to finally getting a Waffle House in my little town.

The place was brand new and so busy that I had to wait nearly 20 min to get a table. The food was great and so was the service but it was very loud and even playing the music I could barely hear it from the juke box. Plus a waffle house that's not open 24 hours, like really WHAT...
