Food and service were great, however we were double charged back in December. Took the bank statement in and showed the staff(they took a note to give to the manager)We even ate again while we were there. No response, so sent a FB message, again no response. Called and was told the "district manager was handling it". Three months later, nothing has been credited back. Called my bank and got an instant response. Sad because this really is a good place to eat but they have lost us as customers.

Do not order anything from this place if it needs any kind of modification because they can't handle it. They messed up my order and I sat and waited for 20 minutes before walking up to the counter and they realized they had forgot I was there and had to go back and show the cook the order and then it came out wrong again and half the size of the first time š

First time visiting Coats NC, love the small town, main st atmosphere. The restaurant was very nice, easy to find. The young lady taking orders and running the register was friendly and professional. I may have to go back someday. Oh, and the food was good too!

i never have a issue with this place but tonight we came in sat down waited 20 minutes for someone to come over and take our order and we waited 40 minutes for the food. and it sounds like it microwaved food in the back ground so iām not sure why itās taking so long for us to get food.

The turkey avocado BLT sandwich is very good. The tomato basil soup, buffalo chicken wrap, pimento cheese sandwich, and chicken salad are also delicious. Oh, and don't get me started about the coffee. If you like small town privately owned places, then I highly recommend it. Enjoy!

Menu said āhomemadeā chicken salad for 9.99. Itās canned diced chicken with a little mayo on top of a wilted piece of lettuce. Worst ever! And who puts frozen chicken chunks on chicken and waffles????? False advertising by saying homemade!

Disappointed that sandwich item I went for which was on the menu but unavailable and even more disappointed when second choice sandwich which was also on the menu but was also unavailable. So I watched others eat while I didn't eat and just drank a tea. Not impressed.RESPONSE TO REPLY ---- I asked for BLT sandwich waitress said that they had no bacon. My second choice was turkey and waitress said they also had no turkey. So BOTH items not available. Sorry but "supply chain issues" has been a reason for some for too long.
