Ordered car side delivery, when it was ready I clicked on I'm here and after 4 mins of waiting I went inside to get my Pizza. I mentioned to the manager that they had clicked completed prior to the 2 min window to avoid giving me a free pizza. She assured me that I would get an email for one , it's been a week and I still haven't received any notification. What good is the 2 minute guarantee if they are gonna manipulate the time to avoid their inability to do their job efficiently?

ABSOLUTE, the worst customer service I have ever had! We order from them $60 worth of pizza and they tell you it was delivered...then when you try to call, you get nothing but ringing. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I'm ashamed to be resident of Coats and have this kind of service.

1st I am not related nor do I know anyone that works here. That being said the pizza and stuffed cheese bread was awesome. Food was hot even when I got it home it was still hot. The pizza was cooked to perfection ?. The service was awesome and the restaurant was clean. Thanks for an awesome experience.

I don't usually give bad reviews but this establishment needs one lately. In my last purchase I had to place my order online because in the (physical) establishment they do not have the same offers as in the application (what?) I always order pasta and this time it was not enough for a single person! (Photo attached) not even the tray that they give you is filled.On another occasion I placed an order with delivery and 45 minutes later I called to see what happens with my order, they informed me that they don't have a driver to take it home and I told them that I'm looking for it, I live relatively close! I arrived at the establishment and they had NOT placed my order after 1 hour and 15 minutes! I had to cancel and the visitor I had at my house left without eating!

80% of the time I’m using curbside service. The pizza is always hot, even when I arrive late for pickup. The sandwiches, pasta, and brownie dessert are made well too. But the wings can be hit or miss. They definitely aren’t pre-seasoned. The other day I bought Parmesan garlic and they squeezed a mayonnaise based sauce over it after it came out the oven. So the sauce just sat on top of the wings at room temperature instead of heated with the wings. It was so nasty. Sometimes the other flavored wings can be salty.The delivery charges are high once you factor in tip, so rarely used. But arrived at my home in a reasonable time.I had to fuss at the crew lead last month when I got take out. Too many flies at prep station with uncovered dough sitting out when there were covers available. I made them cover up but she gave me lip back and basically told me to cancel if I had issue.Overall their pizza taste better then other Dominoes in area. My new favorites are the Brooklyn Style Extravaganza and Hawaiian gluten free.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust taste good.

This was my first time ordering from this location last night. The cheesy bread was completely burnt at the bottom. I tried calling that store last night but could not get thru. I called now and spoke with the rudest manager, Drew. She told me she didn’t care if I did a bad review or called corporate. She would not refund my money.

Pizza arrived in about 30 mins. Pizza wasn't very hot. My main grievance ins that there was so much grease puddled in the dip and bread box that it had also saturated the Pizza box. First time ordering the dip and was very underwhelmed for what I believe was $8 dollars. They barely put enough marinara in the pan to cover the bottom. It tasted fine but was nowhere near $8 worth. Prices are getting out of control, especially for this mediocre level of food preparation.

Drivers are almost never there, orders always take over an hour to arrive, and they frequently mess up the orders.

Had one bad experience here but they generously made it right with me. Otherwise they have stepped up their menu & the biggest problem I see is being short of help which seems to be the new norm everywhere.
