Visited this Hardee’s for the first today after driving by several times. We were very disappointed in the food. Everything was cold from bun, meat, fries and was dripping in Mayo running out the sides. We will never eat at this Hardee’s again and will not recommend plus a sanitation rating of 92.

I'm starting to think the manager purposely hires these worthless people. The employees are rude. All of them seriously. Walk in to order and got the biggest sign and attitude that that lady had to get up and take my order. You seriously need to close this store down and let a better franchise take over.

We have had to many issues with this place. They can't understand very basic orders and have now messed up to much. How hard is it to follow basic instructions on making food. I asked for mayo and pickles on the burger....what do they do...let's add all this extra stuff that wasn't ordered. To many times I can't deal with this any more.

We stopped at Hardee’s in Coat NC yesterday on our way to our grandsons baseball tournament. A Hardee’s employee stood at the door smoking. You couldn’t get by her without asking her to move. It makes no sense for a manager or supervisor to alllow an employee to stand directly in front of of an entrance and customers walking through the second hand smoke. Never again will I go to this Hardee’s ever again. Very disrespectful
Simple order with chocolate shakes without the whipped cream, cashier proceeds to fill the cups 3/4 of the way up and says with the nastiest attitude “policy states we’re allowed a certain amount of ounces” listen I understand policy and procedure but as someone who has 14+ years in the food industry I’ve never thrown attitude for having to do my job and then blow smoke up a customer’s rear. Do better Hardee’s your employees are not reflecting your mission statement at this location

Arrived on 9/14/26 at 10:17 am. Order was taken at 10:36am. Arrived at the window at 10:59am. When we asked if they served lunch right now the answer was no, but in a tone that corresponds to “my job sucks”. We departed the drive through window at 11:02
