The food is good. That’s about it. Walk in order took over and hour for takeout. An hour. Had to do a walk in order because they never get the order right over the phone. 42$ for two dinners is also sit down restaurant pricing not take out pricing sorry.

Food is always great. Wait time is being very underestimated near dinner time when in comes to call ins. I was told 30 minutes and the waited another 20 minutes in the store with several other customers who had the same issue. Dining area is always clean but is small and decor is dated and mainly suited for a quick bite at lunch.

The food was excellent but the woman that took our order was very rude. She acted like it was a problem to repeat my ma's order bc she is hard of hearing.Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't bring my kids here to eat bc you can't even use the bathroom here. They have an out of order sign on the door and there is nothing wrong with the bathroom at all. ( Don't ask, I had to wash my hands ?? ??)Parking: Not very many places to park if the restaurant beside them is packed.

The food is really good, better than most Chinese take out restaurants, but customer service was not the best. The lady was kind of rude/seemed like she had an attitude. Again though, the food is good so I'll probably order again. I got the beef egg foo young and it did not disappoint.

The woman at the desk apparently recognized the customer standing behind me and was rude to me in order to bypass me and serve the guest behind me first, despite both orders being ready. We eat out a lot in this area and will be going to New China exclusively from here on out. You lost a customer, so I hope your premier customer was worth it.
