New management has taken over this store. We are looking forward to seeing the improvements in the next few weeks as employees are retrained and store is stocked correctly.

They don't let you know they're out of items until you're half way through getting your sandwich made. Very limited chip selection. They told me they're out of pickles that there was a recall but yet grocery stores have them on the shelves. Normally the owner would go to the store and buy some pickles and also provolone cheese they were out of but again grocery stores have provolone. You should put up a sign stating you're out of these items. They only had limited types of bread also. I'm just not going back. Wasting people's time is not cool.

I stopped at this Subway location on a whim and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered my usual, which was a little over toasted. However, the jovial nature of the customers and the crew here made up for this minor inconvenience, as did the Cranberry/Macadamia Cookies I ordered!

The lady making the sandwiches must have had a bad day cause she looked THRILLED to be there and it showed in her customer interactions. They were out of a lot of things and instead of saying that she just waited til you asked for it and then replied were out. My sandwich was pretty bad, I threw 1/3 of it away.

Do not use curbside delivery at this location if you are in a hurry. Used the app and selected curbside pickup. Arrived and tapped button in app that I was there and it showed my order was ready. I waited over 10 mins and no one ever brought order to the car. Went inside and my bag was just sitting on the in store pickup rack. Bag was missing chips and drink. Had to complete it myself.
Every time I come to this location it is a problem. It was almost a month that their toaster didn’t work & you could only get cold sandwiches. I stopped coming for quite a while but i decided I would give them another shot today. The employees stated that the truck was delayed so the only meats they had were teriyaki chicken or turkey. They had no lettuce & the drink machine doesn’t work 🙂🙂🙂🙂 at this point just throw the whole subway away.

Been to this place. Several times over 20 years. I'll never go back! It's literally been going down hill for a while Food imalways looks like it's been sitting out in the summer sun and the bread is day old. Hard as a rock.
The gentleman literally says his manager won't let him change out. Seriously so I said no lettuce or tomato.
I'd hope this place would get better. I'm done!

I keep giving this location second chances, but it seems to be every visit, they have a new crew working. Today's visit included a sandwich with cold chicken and unmelted cheese. It was supposed to be toasted. They also forgot my pretzel, and I had to ask multiple times for mustard for my pretzel. I use mobile ordering to make things quick and easy, but this location always makes it slow and difficult...
