Great place to sell crabs
Been buying their 1-lb. tub of jumbo lump crab meat for a few years now from Costco in Maryland for making crab cakes. Delicious, better than any locally processed jumbo lump available here. Only once did we get a tub with some shell in it. Now we know why Costco hasn't had any in stock for the past few weeks. Shocked.
Reading the latest local news where I live on this company. There charged with and found guilty of fraud. Selling imported crab meat from overseas as local his excuse the article said he couldn't keep up with the demand. So y pou folks that bought his crab meat at costco's and other retailers. Who knows what country that meat was from lol. Over 4 million dollars worth in the arrival.
Sam's Club in Maryland sells Capt. Neill's backfin for $21 a pound. Just finished crabcakes made with it. They were great and when picked, the meat didn't have a lot of shell in it. This is our second year buying it and we'll continue to do so!
We ate for the first time at the Raleigh State Fair. The seafood was delicious!!!
Horrible!! The crab meat was full of shells.
