Today September 12, 2021. Just stopped by - google maps shows it opened. Sadly this restaurant is permanently closed. There is a sign on the door stating they appreciate everybody that kept them going for the last 12 years.

My husband and I stopped here for lunch I after we left the Outer Banks. We were in the middle of nowhere and I found this place here on TripAdvisor. We ordered a popcorn shrimp basket and an oyster basket. Each of our baskets were overflowing with food. We were truly amazed. My husband tried corn nuggets and they were delicious. I was attending a weekend workshop at the Pocossin Art center and had a cheese burger at Good Times on Saturday and fried eggs for breakfast on Sunday. The food was properly cooked, waitstaff friendly,and the single bathroom was clean. The best thing was they were open on Sunday morning at 6:30 when I badly needed coffee.
