didn’t feel welcome at this store, wasn’t notified our food was ready, was given a cup that had food crumbs and grease inside it, chicken tenders looked and tasted reheated, biscuit was crumbled

WORST EXPERIENCE TODAY. Spilled tea all over me and LISA just holds a new cup out for me to pour whatever is left in into the new cup and I had to throw the other one in my floor because she just chose to stare at me. LISA IS A….nvm you can fill in the blank. WORST SERVICE EVER. HAD A ATTITUDE THE WHOLE TIME. The other lady was respectful and the food was good. That I’ll say.

I Love Bojangles. You cannot go wrong with the Chicken supreme Combo with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce. Always Fire. Chicken comes out Hot and Fresh. Dinning area is clean and well stocked. 100% The Best Fast Food Company in existence right now. Wesley should be the manager.
Biscuit was stale and pink lemonade tasted like someone squeezed a lemon slice in it with a half a drop of red dye. Not going back here.

Outstanding service. I came in to or 2 family meals to feed about 17 people. Kelly, the woman working the counter was awesome. She guided me through the family meal options, had fresh chicken cooked, hooked me up with cups, plate, napkins and other accessories. Their team was working really well together. It was busy after I ordered and they all helped each other out. Great teamwork. Everyone looked happy. Thanks for making our Christmas meal better!!

went through the drive through the drive through the girl working the window had her air pods in and acted like she didn’t here me well when i was handed my drink the lid wasn’t secure like it was broken and spilled all over the inside of my vehicle and i guess i was handed a broken box as well cause when i grabbed my box out of my car it fell apart. as i was in uniform and in my marked patrol car and do not want my food spat im opting to not return
