This is the best Bojangles I’ve ever been too. Wonderful and friendly service. The bathrooms were very clean. And the interior was beautiful and decorated for Christmas. Seriously one of the nicest fast food places I’ve been in.

If I could give this place a zero I would. This is the second time I have went there placed an order for two-piece dark meal with two sides and a drink. My order has been wrong. I drive 20 minutes back to the house open my box up only to find something I did not order or something's not in there. Or even worse, some dried up chicken. Call to make a complaint about it. Went to the restaurant to make a complaint about it. Oh by the way they need your receipt but they never gave you a receipt either trip. That's my fault for not requesting my receipt. Word of advice, go to KFC in Landrum if you want some chicken. Now it's been two meals that I didn't get to eat when everybody else in my family got something to eat. They had enough common sense to not go to Bojangles in Columbus.
