Avoid this Bojangles! Health Inspection Rating "B 89" yet they have a sign on the entrance bragging how they believe in clean and having a clean restaurant. Are you kidding me? What a joke. Someone was motivated at some point to sweep up trash in the dining room but due to laziness just left it in the floor with a wet floor sign beside of it. I have been in the restaurant for 40 minutes and zero customers in the dining room and a customer every now and then in drive thru. I am curious when someone will decide to finish what they started. Some guy in the kitchen sweeping with gloves on goes and picks up a tray of biscuits and places them in the oven to bake with those same unsanitary gloves on.I specifically placed the order for dine in and it is printed on the ticket. What happens? The drifty dude that took my order comes handing it to me in a to go box.Duh!!!! I had to ask for a plate to go put the food on. He just gives me a dumb look.This place is truly a joke. Note to manager who reads this. Do not leave a generic reply to this review with the same generic reply all stores leaves and ask me to go to some website. Be a caring manager and leave me a phone number so we can discuss this pathetic store and discuss what you are going to do about it. This needs to be dealt with. I refuse to come back to this joke of a restaurant.

Had to repeat my order 3 times before the girl could repeat it back to me correctly. I really think they just don't care. Food was cold at 7am, my steak biscuit tasted burnt like it was made 2 days ago, although it seems no attempt to reheat it. The coffee was cold, literally drove 3 minutes home and everything I ordered was cold and disgusting. Won't be ordering from this store ever again and I'll make sure to tell everyone to stay away

I came to this Bojangles location yesterday morning & got a Chicken Supreme Combo. It was prepared fresh & was super hot, I loved it! I don't mind to wait a minute or two if the good is actually being cooked. I can't stand to go to McDonald's & wait to get cold, stale food. This is another Bojangles location that I will frequent when in the area. Glad I stopped in & got great food & great service. I definitely will return & recommend. Hopefully my next visit is a repeat & this want just a fluke ! ?? ?Vegetarian options: Not many, if any.Parking: Large lot to side & larger area around back for bigger vehiclesKid-friendliness: I have a picky eater & he ate least likes their biscuits & fries.Wheelchair accessibility: ♿️ are able to get into the building.

Food was cold even after waiting 5 minutes for it. Cashier was friendly but ultimately got our order wrong. Restroom was dirty. All the booths had dirty tables even though there was only two customers in the store at the time. Not the quality Bojangles is known for. When pulling off an interstate, There are other options close to this location we suggest you give them a try and wait for the next bojangles down the road hopefully it will be the quality Bojangles has come to be known for.Owner, yes this was the correct location at 84 west mill street, Columbus, NC. Sorry but this location could use some attention.

The guy taking my money had a HUGE wad of snuff in his lip. I'm always temporarily disrupting a conversation between two workers. The busicuts are usually half cooked which turns into a wad of dough in my mouth, the bacon is rubbery and the eggs are swimming in grease. I hate to complain but this place has gotten disgusting, like they forgot to care.

I have been ordering family meals via mobile app regularly from the Columbus location and never had an issue with delays until today. I pulled up to the drive thru line and said I had a mobile order. “Brandon” proceeded to tell us he didn’t have a mobile order but a moment later found it. I placed it 5-10 minutes prior to arrival. He said it wouldn’t be ready for 30 minutes. He suggested us driving to Landrum to get the order there, that it would probably take less time to wait. I asked if it would be quicker to order at drive thru as people were coming and going through the drive thru line.We waited and are still waiting for our order. Someone just pulled up at curbside pickup after we were waiting 30 minutes. She received her order in 5 minutes.An employee just tried to bring a single combo order to us. Wrong order.With as many mobile order restaurants available we are NEVER ordering from here again.
