I have frequented the Columbus NC McDonalds for many years. However, thanks to the Stanton family ownership, the place has gone far down hill. For several weeks now this restaurant had wavered over whether or not to accept credit cards. Some days they do, but most days they do not, which is quite inconvenient. In addition, they frequently make mistakes on orders. Today, for example, the rude guy at the windows said I had not placed an order and told me to drive back through. He need not fret! I will never drive through that place ever again!

Made a mobile order on Sunday afternoon and it was somehow in my hand within a minute. That is the best/quickest service I've ever gotten at Maccas!
Had a great deal on nuggets on our app. 10 for $1.00 Fantastic deal. It was freezing in the restaurant....we ended up having to eat in our car

Although, my iced caramel macchiato was more like Caramel milk, I chose to give Grace.. because I get breakfast here regularly and I love her service as well as the food.. They were extremely busy that morning and I believe the guy that made my drink was very new & he still did a great job with customer service & hospitality!

Went through for a mobile order. Ordered a big mac meal add tomatoes. And a 13 tote of cookies. Only got 9 cookies, in a small cookie bag, fresh but in a ball. Got my one Itty bitty baby tomato on my sandwich. I'm not sure who was working tonight but they need to pay better attention. Very dissatisfied. Will not be back for a while. disappointing.
