The employees here are fun and energetic! I came in the morning/afternoon and was served by a young woman named Amy, she was by herself but worked like 3 people! She was friendly, worked fast and got my tuna sub JUST RIGHT! very pleasant atmosphere, I felt welcomed and will definitely be returning!
Visited this location at 235 west mills in Columbus NC and had a very pleasant and humbling experience. I had a large order that we made during a very busy time of the day. The lady working was busting her butt keeping the line moving. She never once complained and was very polite and positive. She was the only employee onsite, or at least that I saw in my 1 hour visit. She probably made 40 subs plus my large order, all solo with zero help. The owner of this location should be ashamed, if I were this young lady, I'd tell you where to stick it!! I even took the time while I was visiting the area to let some of the local businesses know where to steal a fantastic employee that is extremely overworked and under appreciated. If you appreciated your employees you'd get off your lazy butt and help, or hire someone to help her out. I really hope one of the local businesses I spoke with today walks in there and offers her a job and shows her how a real team member is treated. If I lived in that area, you would have lost an employee today on the spot! 1 star for the business owner and the other stars are for the 1 solo young lady earning every penny she's making and probably 5 times more.
I ordered an Italian Herb & Cheese Sub & Received the wrong bread in my pickup order. Thanks for that y’all. Just what I wanted… not what I ordered. Y’all need to do your job better, you make subs it’s not that hard yall.
This Subway just keeps going down hill, no one knows how to make a sub , I ordered 2 Outlaw subs and had to tell them that I wanted pepper jack cheese. ( that is what comes on them). There were 2 women making the subs both subs were made different which shows they were not trained on how to make the subs. Both subs had 4 times the meat that they were supposed to have, barely any peppers or onions and after I told them that both subs were to be heated they were given to me cold and not heated. The place was dirty and I probably should have left as soon as I walked in. They didn't have any fountain drinks, tea and very few bottled drinks. I will never waste my money in this Subway again and I would advise you to get something to eat anywhere other than this place.
If I could give zero stars, I would. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was tense. The employee behind the counter was in the middle of an argument with a hospital worker, who was calmly trying to address a mistake the employee had made. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee became increasingly agitated and ultimately refused to correct her mistake, forcing the customer to leave frustrated.
Despite witnessing this, we decided to place our order—only to be met with the same hostility. The employee was incredibly rude and dismissive, refusing to answer basic questions and acting as if we were inconveniencing her just by being there. Her attitude was unprofessional and completely unnecessary.
The most shocking part? As one of us was paying, she suddenly announced, “I’m actually the district manager, and you can get out of my store.” We were completely stunned—there was absolutely no reason for this reaction, as we had been nothing but polite and respectful, despite her clear hostility toward us.
This was hands down the worst customer service experience we’ve ever had. If this is how Subway allows its “district managers” to treat customers, we’ll take our business elsewhere. Avoid this location unless you enjoy being treated with complete disrespect.
Never fails. Anytime I order subway at this location they are always out of chicken among many other things. Walked in today to get my order and of course no chicken and 2 bags of chips in the entire place. Why even stay open if you can’t keep the main things you sell. Absolutely ridiculous.
Candace is the only one here busting her butt with a line out the door in the lunch rush with a smile on her face. She's killin it but needs some support.. not sure if they're too understaffed but its sad shes left on her own.
Honestly, I don't know why they have such a low star rating. I stopped in here around 6 pm on 1/2/2025. There were 2 employees working in the front, and both did a perfect job on making my 3 sandwiches. Usually, any other subway skimps on the meat, sauce, etc. But this subway went by standards and was correct. I thank you for that! They were polite and kind as well! I have worked in fast food the majority of my life (so yes, I get it!) and they both were the perfect example of the type of people who have good work ethic. Thank you and the both of you who worked on this specific day are doing great and should be recognized for it.
Didn't even have the chance to eat, waited 25 minutes in line just to hear they have no bowls for the salad. One lady working behind the counter, taking every second possible.

Ordered 2 sandwiches on app, came 20 min. Later and order hadn’t even been started. Also never anyone at counter and if they are they act like they’re miserable. Sanitation rating also lowest I’ve seen around town

This review is a out the amount of people you had working. People in left because you had one person working. Where is the manager or owner helping this girl. You have a problem. You can tell the girl working just deals with it and does her job.
Ordered online using Subway app. Supposed to be ready at 4:50PM. It is 5:10PM and they just started making it. Served all of the customers in the store before making mine. What is the point of ordering online then? Also after I paid online the drinks and chips I ordered were unavailable.
It took almost 3 hours to get my order.

Had to get my food 3 hrs late. No customer service. Did DoorDash I didn’t see it was pick up. Why would I pick up using a delivery app?? No one would cancel my order so I could reorder the same sandwich for delivery.

Worst Subway ever I bought chicken teriyaki bowl they didn’t give me any napkins any fork nothing no croutons no crackers nothing honestly people working here didn’t knowing what they were doing
