I usually have good experiences here but the young woman who served me today, was so disinterested! I went through the drive-thru and got a couple tacos and a Pepsi. Luckily, I pulled over nearby to eat. The Pepsi was flat and warm, with no ice! I went back through the drive-thru and asked for another soda. With a dead voice, she told me all the sodas were like that and there was no ice! I told her that would be a good thing to tell someone ahead of time! She just looked at me. I asked for an icee instead and without saying anything thing, she gave me one and walked away from the window!

Everyone at the columbus location needs to be fired that was working tonight.Employees outside and more concerned about what’s going on out there then their job. Order 1 chilies cheese burrito and 3 cheesy bean and rice got all chili cheese and by the time I pull around window girl was done back outside. Fire all them immediately obvious they do not care about the job.

Ordered taco Supremes and they were regular tacos ask for green sauce packets and said had to go back through driveway because up charge nachos and cheese got four chips and crumbs and half cup of nacho sauce

Had a great experience this evening… They got my order completely right and everything was fresh, hot and wonderful. Even the handoff at the drive-through window was just really positive and professional. I especially liked the avocado Verde sauce. 🤓❤️
