Had a bean burrito and it had no taste. Come on taco bell really.? Your restaurants really look nice and very clean but your food has no taste.what a waste.i was really disappointed.

Vegetarian options: Put the taste back in your food. Until then I won't waste my money eating bad tasting food.

Greesy chicken quesadilla and forgot the rice in the bean, cheese, rice burrito….. was pure mush in a tortilla. and forgot hot sauce.

Literally every detail of order wrong. Quesadilla was merely a burned tortilla. Out of various items and ingredients. I will not get burned by this location again. They’re either understaffed or poorly managed, possibly both. Not a one time experience here, but willl be the last. See photo for burned tortilla with a hint of cheese passed off as a quesadilla.

Walked in on 12/8 around 11:45 and had to use the automated order thing. Did that and had an issue with chip reader and stood at the counter while an employee walked by me several times after making eye contact and never offered to help. Left and went somewhere else.

Basic Taco Bell but the app works well, dishes are hot and prices on value menu are reasonable. All good is good. Chicken Cantina is especially good.

We came here for lunch, and all that works here is teenagers, we received cold food after waiting for 25 minutes , they forgot my drink then when they gave it to me my iced coffee was hot , there was a hair found in my fries and my tortilla was hard and stale it was a miserable dining experience .

This is by far the best Taco Bell in the entire Greenville Spartanburg/Hendersonville area! The food always looks fresh and better than the pictures. My order is always made properly and correctly. The staff is super nice! Absolutely no complaints. I’ve been five or six times in the last few months and every time has been wonderful, which is a pretty crazy and significant difference from every other Taco Bell anywhere near this one!

Piss poor establishment. I stood in line for 15 minutes and nobody ever acknowledged me or the man in front of me so we both walked out. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. When I walked out there was nobody in the drive thru either. There’s no excuse for that kind of service.
