As a rule, the Waffle House is always good for Breakfast, at least for me. Great COFFEE. The silverware is always CLEAN as has been the restroom which speaks to the quality of the management. To be fair, if they are busy and something is wrong, just let then know so they can correct it. The food has always been good and it was good here too. The staff is always nice and attentive. The service always seems to be prompt too. Highly recommend.

Visited at 6:00 Tues. Food was burnt as were the hashbrowns. Terrible cook. I told the waitress the hamburger was burnt she said no it wasn't. I won't be back except for breakfast shift. This was terrible visit.

If I ask for running eggs that what I mean. I asked the cook where the eggs running off the plate Joe the short bald cook seemed agitated and offered to make more in which I refused. Just get it RIGHT the first time. The $6 tip went to the waitress Madison, which remained polite the entire time

Their menu choices suck and are very limited. I think they need to introduce new items to the menu every so often and they also need to add French fries to the menu as well. No one wants to eat the same crap all the time, it gets boring! Most kids don't even like hash browns!! And when you ask about French fries, they look at you like you're stupid and give you the most disgusted look. This is DEFINITELY not my favorite place to eat. I HATE waffle house with a passion.

If the ingredients were supposed to be kindness, courtesy, and Respect

Parking: So at first I really thought that waffle House had come through for me and that I found possibly a base of operations to maybe check out this small town I was in of Columbus... I was very wrong. Instead I found myself trying to reach people I had no business trying to reach. It was foolish but I should have known by the size of the town that judgment and bigotry would rule the day; I did as Jesus bade the apostles, and I washed my hands of the place. In God's name. This means nothing to me, and it affected none of my life- just those self-proclaimed Christians who chose themselves over the poor and destitute, may God have mercy on their souls.

Kid-friendliness: I guess it depends on the level of poverty in the children's family.

Wheelchair accessibility: I saw no handicap people and there's probably a chance that they would be discriminated against.

It's Wafflehouse. The food is exactly the same as it is in every store all across America. And that's a great thing! Because when I go there it's because I know what I'm getting.

The most important thing is the service is always welcoming even when they are hectic!

Ps. There is a 20% gratuity added to all take-out orders. And I support that. Because they are always busting their humps getting things done the right way.
