Went through the drive through had more than 3 people ordering and asked for a moment to get everyone’s order and was given maybe 2 minutes before asked again and then it happened a third time then was told to pull off until we had everything together with NO ONE behind us in drive thru. It was a female 2 females actually on Monday June 2nd 2025 between 7:30-8pm Get better employees! Not hateful and disrespectful ones! Thanks!

Tried to order a small garden salad, was replaced with a chicken salad saying they don’t have small garden salad. The salad look old, and taste old and pricey.

Needs to be lots fresher. Cold and old fries. Prices are higher with lower quality food. I've been eating at Wendy's for years but rethinking my go to burger.

Late night dinner was rally good just took a lil bit longer than i expected but it was a good reason they were making fresh spicy chicken sandwich which i dnt mind the wait because the food was great....

We received cold fries, returned them and received lukewarm fries that tasted like they had reheated previously cooked fries. Tossed them in the trash.

If I could give NO stars I would. The lady who ran the drive thru the other day STOLE a credit card belonging to my mom. When she went back to get it the lady who she had dealt with said she didn't have it and then proceeded to leave and then tried to use the card!!! Be warned for anyone eating here.... they'll steal from you...not a way a business should be ran. Management probably needs to do a clean house sweep after this.
The thin mint frosty has the texture of putting sand in ice cream. Absolutely awful! And why do you waste my time asking if I want a specific combo before I order? Shut up and let people order!

Ordered a medium drink and was told could only get a small because they didn’t have lids. Could not give the drink without a lid. Could not refund anything because it was ordered through the app.
