YALL SUCK SO BAD. Touching raw product
with no gloves and then touching everything else without washing hands in between smh EEEEYUCK white manager with the nasty lip piercing said that that’s their policy NO GLOVES?!? That’s it’s FDA approved. ?On top of all of this ole
girl with the mustache (trainer apron on)tried to short us on money bc she was too lazy to go get change from the back. Asked for a refund and the MANAGER tried to short change us again. if you don’t know simple math pls get a different job . 12/16 check to see who was working that day n fire some people

Order was accurate and fast, and tasted good on the way down. Tasted less good on the way back up, 8 hours later, when I was violently ill from food poisoning.
Obvious questions are, maybe it was something else? Nope, I'd only had breakfast the rest of the day, a shared meal where no one else got sick. Any snacks? Nope. Maybe it was a virus? Nope, happened very suddenly, as is typical of food poisoning. It was Wendy.

The overall quality and service definitely need improvement. While the effort is appreciated, there are several areas that fall short of expectations. The attention to detail, consistency, and professionalism could be much better. Customers expect not only a good product or service, but also respect, communication, and reliability. With some dedication and willingness to listen to feedback, things could improve significantly. There’s real potential here, but without serious effort to raise the standards, it will continue to leave many people disappointed.

Went through the drive through had more than 3 people ordering and asked for a moment to get everyone’s order and was given maybe 2 minutes before asked again and then it happened a third time then was told to pull off until we had everything together with NO ONE behind us in drive thru. It was a female 2 females actually on Monday June 2nd 2025 between 7:30-8pm Get better employees! Not hateful and disrespectful ones! Thanks!

Tried to order a small garden salad, was replaced with a chicken salad saying they don’t have small garden salad. The salad look old, and taste old and pricey.

Needs to be lots fresher. Cold and old fries. Prices are higher with lower quality food. I've been eating at Wendy's for years but rethinking my go to burger.
