Order was accurate and fast, and tasted good on the way down. Tasted less good on the way back up, 8 hours later, when I was violently ill from food poisoning.
Obvious questions are, maybe it was something else? Nope, I'd only had breakfast the rest of the day, a shared meal where no one else got sick. Any snacks? Nope. Maybe it was a virus? Nope, happened very suddenly, as is typical of food poisoning. It was Wendy.

The attention to detail, consistency, and professionalism could be much better. Customers expect not only a good product or service, but also respect, communication, and reliability.
