I visited this business today and I was very dissatisfied with the service and the atmosphere. Mind you this is the 3rd time I have been here and the attitude is the same. The waitresses just walk around me and ignore me before acknowledging me. Today I went in and was seated in about a minute however I waited 7-8 minutes before the waitress came to get my drink order. In the meantime a couple came in and then a single man came in and three others people came and by the time I got my drink all of the other patrons had received their drinks. By the time my order came the other patrons were receiving their orders. I observed waitress standing around talking with the guest while I am sitting there unattended to. I tried to stop one waitress and she about broke her neck trying not to see what I wanted. Now let's get to the waitress who I was graced with she finally got around to seeing what I wanted after 5 minutes. She brought my ticket and automatically gave herself a 25% tip. What! The food is not that bad but the service and atmosphere has been horrible for me. And that is not the first time but it is the last time. I ordered dessert and they put it in upside down and without utensils. By the way I was the only one that looked like me in the restaurant.

Such a cute place and the food was fabulous. A little story to make this place even better. My daughter and I stopped by on Saturday around 2:50, they sat us and took our order within minutes. Our food came out very quickly and it was absolutely amazing. We noticed everyone was leaving and we were the only ones left, because they close at 3. I felt so bad, but they insisted for us to finish our meal and not worry about it. They were all so nice and we will be back very soon. (Homemade chips and salsa, highly recommend)

Not sure why this place has Many positive reviews. Waited a bit to be seated, waited a bit to have my beverage order taken, another wait for order to be taken. Ordered Butternut squash soup, which came out quickly, but was extra sweet. Also ordered a burger, which took quite a bit of time to come and was fairly awful. The burger had not been cooked fresh. I asked for medium and got some well done thing that had been sitting on the side for a while. Bread was cold and toppings were OK. My drink was empty when they came to bring me the burger and they never asked if if I wanted more. Never got anymore either. It took a while to get the check even though you pay st the table. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

The restaurant is quaint. Visited with 2 friends on a Saturday.for lunch. I really wanted to try this place based on the reviews. First off, the service was slow. On questioning my party of 3 was told food came out in the order the tickets went to the kitchen- wrong patrons that entered well after us were served long before us. My medium well burger was dry and over cooked, the bun was not toasted, and the fries were cold and soggy. My friend said their "spicy" tuna was dry, bland and lacked seasoning Upon requesting the bill I noticed a 20% tip was automatically selected. We were a party of 3 paying separately. I realize things can be hit or miss- this was a definite miss.

I had been there previously and was impressed with the food. My meal and service this time was very disappointing. The restaurant was not busy at all, I ordered Hot tea and my friend was served coffee immediately, I had to wait almost 15 mins for tea. Sweet potato bisque was good, however chicken salad tasted old, and stale.
The worst part was server. When i paid with card, and opted for a cash tip, she repeated about 3x loudly, "youre leaving a cash tip, right?" It was embarrasing as I answered her, everytime. Sorry, I will not hurry back.

All their salads (pasta, potato) and salad dressings are homemade and very good. Good place for a salad, sandwich, wrap or burger.

I typically visit the area where this restaurant is located for work purposes. They are normally closed when I am in the area, so I was excited to find that them open and hurried to place an order. I ordered the courthouse club no cheese with a side of the sweet potato fries and a side of the Mary ways pasta.
The food was trash.
The waffle fries were cold immediately upon opening the box inside the restaurant. Again inside the establishment, The waffle fries were cold. I waited about two minutes on a cup of mustard and pickles. Once I got to my office and inspected the sandwich, which is described as a toasted on Italian bread with thick cut, bacon, seasoned tomatoes, Crisp Romain Lettuce, red onions, and Tangy mayo. However what I received was a sandwich on plain white bread (the end of plain white bread at that). Chunks of what I assume to be turkey breast, no bacon a few pieces of lettuce, some onions and two tomatoes. Again the waffle fries were cold. I called the establishment and spoke with the young man who took my order and explained what was going on and he advised me that I could bring the sandwich back for a replacement. When I returned to the establishment, a lady was waiting on me. She wanted to inspect the sandwich. She l went and got a glove to test if the bread was toasted and stated that the bread had a light toast. What she did not know is I am a culinary student, I know what toasted bread looks, feels, and most importantly TASTE like. I took a bite of the sandwich and the bread was cold. I asked for a replacement and the lady said she could add bacon to my sandwich after touching it.. Even though she had a glove I was appalled that she would offer me the same sandwich after she inspected it. I wanted a refund and could tell that was not an option for her. As a future Culinary Professional I understand that operating a restaurant is costly. So hopefully the 23.00 plus 5.00 will help improve establishment.

Met my son-in-law for a weekday lunch. Lots of good sandwich, salad and specials options. I got the dill pickle soup (a special) which was great, loaded with veggies and pleasingly soft potato slices, and nice and dilly and vinegary from pickles cooked in it. The pasta salad was very fresh with a slightly spicy mayo and lots of crunchy vegetables (got to get the 8 oz because 4 oz would not be enough with just a bowl of soup). This is their new location, very comfortable. Felt like you're eating at home - if you've got a hip dining space and are a good cook lol. Definitely have to go again soon to try some of the sandwich options.
