Abbott's Frozen Custard

Being from Rochester, NY, it’s so nice to have this little piece of home here. Abbott’s Frozen Custard is always amazing, everything is so good, and it brings back the best memories.

One of the few desert places I can stop at and get A 32oz milkshake. It's beautiful.

This thing probably alerts every lactose intolerant person and a 5 mi radius. It's a perfect spot located between some great food, a lovely little flower stand and one of the best barbers I've been to.

Staff are always happy and cheerful. Ready to give input when I'm confused on what flavor I want to try that day. One of the good places where folks seem to love what they do.

I would post photos of the shakes I get but they never last long enough as is. I'm already working on it out the door.

I will be traveling to the area a lot, and this will surely be a new local favorite for me. The staff is very friendly and family-oriented, which makes the experience even better. I had the chocolate shake and it was absolutely amazing — I’m craving another one just writing this. They also have an incredible Chipwich-style cookie ice cream sandwich that’s a must-try. The shop is very clean, prices are reasonable, and there’s plenty of seating both inside and outside to enjoy your dessert. Five stars all the way around. Could be dangerous knowing it’s so close!

I love this place. We are going there very often for some desserts. Yesterday we ordered frozen custard cake and all our guest love it. Also looked amazing. I really recommend this place.

I ordered the chocolate almond in the waffle cone. Very good but it's a bit pricey!

Love this place and go pretty often, I have 2 stars because the staff was pretty rude when I asked for my milkshake to be reblended. When I walked off the staff member said “beggars can’t be choosers” pretty rude thing to say if you ask me and they put way to many chocolate chips in my milkshake.

Delicious, tons of flavors. Customer service is great. Our kids love the games inside on the table- tic tac toe, chalk board to draw on. Air conditioned summer treat for the whole family!

The chocolate ice cream and the we Ela ice cream was so tasty and good I liked about Frozen Custard 😋🆒👍

Staff always greets you. Atmosphere is welcoming and clean. The best ice cream around! I had a strawberry wheel and he had a strawberry shortcake sundae!

Pretty good custard, but not as dense and creamy as some other places. Portion sizes for the price also feel kind of small and not as good value as some other places as well.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they did a great job.

Customer service is nonexistent at Abbott’s. The shop was not busy and the employees were gossiping about what their plans were for the weekend. The custard was okay at best

Our favorite custard shop ever! Not only are the flavors amazing, the staff is incredibly friendly which makes going a real treat. My kids love all the flavors and we love that there is always something new to try. The pies are to die for, I ordered two for Thanksgiving and plan on ordering more for other get-togethers. The delicious choices keep us coming back for more!
