"Acai" didn't even fill half of the cup. Quotation marks because there was more sugary "fake juice" syrup than actual fruit. How can this business charge $14+ in good conscience?
I was looking for a refreshing snack but instead got a disappointing, unnaturally sugary mix akin to syrup. Do not go to Acai Express! Just go to the Food Lion next door if you want fruits/smoothies for a fraction of the price.

They didn’t put a lid on it. Ordered the medium cup it was no where near full. The kiwi was old. The pineapple was hard, Definitely will not be going back.

Came at 10am says online they open at 9 am doors locked and lights off. Do they really open at 9am or later? No signage on door stating other wise

This is supposed to be a large worth $15. I asked where the acai was because as you can see, it’s not in the bowl. She told me they account for 8 ounces and this was made properly. Scam someone else. Avoid this place at all costs. They’re unethical and dishonest.

Listen to the reviews, there’s literally one guy working there and he does mediocre at best. Very nice guy, but obviously isn’t run very good. I got a bowl and they barely filled it with any bass. It was 95% granola so I took it back and the guy did remake the bowl with more base. But he obviously wasn’t happy about it. Don’t think I’ll come back.

I paid $14 for this bowl with barely any of the smoothie part in it. Same goes for the 3 bowls I got for my kids. The guy was not friendly and didn’t understand what I wanted. Super disappointed. I feel ripped off.

No air conditioning and it’s cooler outside than it is inside and it’s 83 degrees today. The bananas are frozen instead of fresh and Concentrate was used for my smoothie. Not interested

Went in on a Saturday noon— only one employee on duty so orders were slow to come out. The only bathroom here was out of order and no hand sanitizer was provided. Employee also forgot to add chamoy and perhaps Tajín; I’m not sure if Tajín was supposed to be included but chamoy was for sure. Employee had no intentions of adding these until I pointed it out.
