Ace No. 3 Concord Mills

This is by far worst experience I’ve ever had at ACE the customer service my food not being hot. Ask for cheese and the lady said $1 I paid that she then sits at the register another lady has to come out and tell me it’s 7 cents tax.. My fries were cold and they bring me back out the same cold fries.. the manager ask me not to slam money I told him he didn’t see me slam money. I placed my money down and I told her I want my food hot. I’m a paying a customer and I expect hot food..

Just a Horrible experience. Staff training is definitely needed for manager and employees.

The worst restaurant experience of my life. When we ordered we were not informed of the fountain drink machine not working. The sodas had no carbonation. When we went back to get tea instead, we saw the top of the ice machine on the counter covered in mold and no tea made anyways. At that point we asked for a refund due to not being able to get a fountain drink anyways. The general manager then proceeded to tell us we could have Powerade or lemonade which we didn’t want so my husband still requested a refund. The manager reluctantly agrees but then when my husband started pointing out all the issues we could see in the restaurant he tells us to leave and will not refund us. He refused to let us eat our food but also would not refund us. I can not believe the lack of customer service from this manager even after trying to serve us from a machine with a serious mold issue, which I will include a photo of. The restaurant itself was dirty and nothing was stocked. It makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like.

Good things- burger was large and tasty. Maybe a little to many spices but still good.
Bad things- floors very sticky. Fries weren't very good. Took forever to order. Out of juicy Jay's. Ranch comes in packets.
Overall it was a good burger but just seemed very cheap considering the prices were pretty expensive compared to other places. Glad I went once. Probably not going to make it back.

Decent burgers. Onion rings were definitely meh. Fries were good. Staff was friendly. Speed of service was decent. Fixed stools at community seating weren't overly comfortable. For the price I expected more.

Nice burgers with well seasoned patties. The onion rings are beer battered and very tasty. The patio seating is great on a pretty fall day.

wife brought home tonight from Concord to Huntersville, so of course take this how you want, but it didn’t travel well- in fact neither of us ate more than 1/2 the Ace Burgers which had way too much sauce/ cheese or whatever it was on there - fries were fine and milkshake saved the experience - but do something about that sauce!

Burger was tasty and a great price for a customized smash burger. Only thing I will say is please switch to sticker seals on to go bags. The staple caught me and cut me.

A great place for a great burger. I got a bacon cheeseburger that looked like something out of a magazine. It was so delicious. Our food didn’t take long. I really appreciated they variety of burgers as well.

I had high hopes but I just didn't think this burger was that good? For pseudo fast food, five guys is much better. The comeback sauce on the Ace Burger is not good. Tastes like they put curry or cumin in it mixed with ketchup and mayonnaise. Not my favorite combination

Great customer service. The young lady who greeted us explained the menu gave us options and Walk us through the order process. They have an outside patio that is also dog friendly and clean.

This is by far the best burger and fries I've ever tasted. I am 62 yrs old and eaten many burgers, but none as favorable and fresh as Ace's burgers and the fries. They were delicious. Lastly, the customer service was an A plus, and the facility was clean. If I was a young man on a date, this would be my spot to take a special lady. The Concord location would be it! Give it a try, you will be totally satisfied.

I’ve eaten here maybe three times. Food comes out hot and fresh.

I got the hangover (I think that’s what it was called). Which is what I usually get. This time the bacon was so salty and over seasoned, but the burger was very bland. It unfortunately didn’t balance out. My husband and kids enjoyed their meals.

They serve beer and milkshakes and have a kids menu. You order at counter and they give you a pager to get your food when ready.

There are booths, and long tables inside. Outside has LOTS of covered seating. It’s a really nice place it eat.

Overall it’s good service.
