We were attended to at least three times during our visit, which wasn’t particularly busy. However, our food took almost an hour to arrive. When we decided to use the napkin wrapped around our silverware, we unwrapped it and were shocked to find it absolutely disgusting. I strongly advise against using it. once our food arrived, they gave us wrong orders. I would only recommend this place if you enjoy dirty dishes, wrong orders and long waits.

We had a dinner party and the service was great. The food not so much. Not all of it came out together. Some food was cold several of us did not feel good later that night. I'm not going to say it was the food but it was over priced for the quality.

They have improved again. Service is still a little slow, but much better than it was a month or two ago. Food is better too. They have clearly made some improvements.

Just lowered my review to one star. After the fiasco of yesterday cited below, I went back there today to talk to the manager since none of their phones work. He stated that the owners already saw my message and Google review, then turned around and walked away. No offer to make it right or anything like that. Further evidence that this place deserves to go out of business. Next step is the Better Business Bureau.

November 2024 this business deserves to go out of business. They don't deserve a dime of our patronage. If you look at the pictures below, you'll see where I ordered a go order of tacos. They just tossed everything in the box without even putting it together. When trying to pull it apart, there was only enough shrimp for two of the three tacos with only putting three shrimp on each one. And I waited over a half hour for it. Tried calling multiple times but every option on the phone menu just to disconnect the call. Also tried to go a couple times on Thursdays, but it is so crowded. You can't even get in. At least an hour even to sit at the bar.

To the owners: please please please sell this place to somebody that's competent.

May 2023 update: after not coming for a while, I came back, and things have gone downhill. Prices are through the roof, service is terrible, and you don't even get what you order. I ordered food and one of the items was missing. When I asked, I was told they are out of ingredients. This was a great place originally, became mediocre, now bad. Would not be surprised to see this go under.

Expressing my dissatisfaction with the service and experience during my recent baby shower event held at your establishment. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected, and I feel it is important to share the details in hopes of preventing future issues for other customers.

Initially, when I attempted to book the party room for my baby shower, the details and pricing were changed just two days before the event. During this process, I had an extremely unpleasant interaction with the owner, Austin, who was both rude and unprofessional. Despite my frustration, I proceeded with the booking due to the time constraints and the limited options available.

The issues continued during the event. Approximately 45 minutes into the party, Austin entered the room and expressed frustration over the number of guests, even though we had discussed and confirmed the number of attendees ahead of time. We had specifically chosen the 50-person room, as our guest count exceeded 30. Additionally, despite having over 30 guests, we were only provided with one server for the entire duration of the event, which resulted in slow service.

Austin’s behavior escalated when he confronted my mother in front of the entire party, which was both unprofessional and embarrassing. After this incident, he did not return to check on us or offer any assistance for the remainder of the event. His only involvement after that was at the end of the party when it was time to settle the bill. At this point, he once again became confrontational with my mother, which only further soured the experience.

We had signed a contract for $600, with the understanding that any amount not spent on food or beverage would be charged as a difference. However, the final bill was significantly higher than expected. The total amount exceeded $700 due to unexpected charges for taxes and gratuity, which were not disclosed in the original contract. Furthermore, we were repeatedly accused of having guests who had eaten but not paid, even though everyone was accounted for at the table.

Austin’s conduct throughout the event was consistently rude and dismissive, making us feel like we were unwelcome and not valued as customers. To summarize, my first baby shower experience was severely impacted by slow service, cold food, and a lack of professionalism from the owner and staff.

I will be escalating this matter to the appropriate channels, as I believe it is important to address this poor customer service. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to your restaurant in the future, and I will be advising others to avoid booking events here.

First time visiting…… The worst experience I’ve ever had. Had a group of 40, only had 1 server. Manager was horrible and has no business managing anything or anyone. I’ve never been so embarrassed. After satisfying a bill , my wife was cornered and asked to pay more even though she had her receipt that showed our bill was paid in full. Management smarting off with customers is never acceptable !!!

Leaving a one star due to the fact that I left a pair of Chanel sun glasses here on my last visit in the area. The day of I called and spoke to the host as she stated that they would be left in the bartenders area with my name on them. I came back a month later to pick them up as I was in the area and the bartender tells me they are no where to be found and she didn’t know where they were. Spoke to the manager and she stated that she isn’t sure where they are or what happened to them and that she didn’t have a safe or bin for customer’s lost items. So obviously one of the employees took them without any consideration as a lost item that has been claimed doesn’t just disappear.

I went here today for the first time in a few years and it was really good! I got the Tavern Tacos with grilled chicken and they were pretty good. If you’re ever near the concord area, I would recommend this place. A lot of good options for food!👍🌮
