Customer service failure, for $10 why is it such an issue to do as a customer ask...Simple instructions don't blend the cookies into the ice cream and a light amount of cookies on top. What is so hard about that request.?

We are obsessed Andy’s, we come all the time. Sometimes the line is long, but it’s worth it! I love the Straw-Ana. They’ve always been friendly here since I started coming ☺️

Been once along time ago and wanted to give another try. It wasn't bad but $8 for a small concrete is just not going to work. And C/S was not too good. Culvers or Freddies is an all around better deal. And their c/s is miles ahead.

Really good custard with a lot of different flavor options.. that peach dream was amazing!! Can’t wait to try other flavors!
I’ve visited Andy’s multiple times, and while the taste is decent, the service is extremely disappointing. Every single time, there are only one or two people working, even when the place is packed. The long lines move painfully slow, and it feels like they don’t value customers’ time at all.
We end up waiting so long that by the time we get close to ordering, we’ve lost interest and just leave. It’s frustrating to feel like your time is being wasted, especially when it keeps happening again and again. They seriously need to improve their staffing and service if they want customers to keep coming back.
This place is always excellent. Everything we had has been awesome.
