1st time trying. Wait in drive thru for 20 minutes and they are out of chocolate. How does that happen? Sadly, I won't waste my time again.

Very good and the girl helping was awesome. My neice wanted the dessert pictured on the gift card promo and the worker behind the counter had us take a picture of the sign so she could make the same one for her.
Matthew and Jaden were so courteous and friendly. The custard is great, too!
Do not be fooled by operations manager Ryan Messick responding to one star reviews promising to make things right. I emailed him two months ago on September 24th, 2025 after he responded to my negative review, and have still not received an email reply. It seems as if he is just responding to save face, not to actually fix customers’ problems. I wonder how many times he has promised to make things right just to ignore customer emails.

Nice ice cream, but saw the white girl with black hair not being careful when serving ice cream her hair was in contact with the customer's cups several time..
Love coming to andys some nights. If your craving ice cream this is the place to go.

Disappointed. Most of the menu items have hot fudge in them and they didn't have any. Really? Young lady at the window had no interest in making our visit a positive experience. Our first impression, was not a positive one.

Customer service failure, for $10 why is it such an issue to do as a customer ask...Simple instructions don't blend the cookies into the ice cream and a light amount of cookies on top. What is so hard about that request.?

We are obsessed Andy’s, we come all the time. Sometimes the line is long, but it’s worth it! I love the Straw-Ana. They’ve always been friendly here since I started coming ☺️
