My recent visit to Applebee's was a disappointing experience. The service was slow from the start, with a 20-minute wait to place our drink order. The cleanliness of the floor and tables was also lacking. Our waitress, Christy, provided poor service. The presentation of our food was unappealing when it finally arrived. I expressed my concerns to Christy, who responded with a negative attitude, causing me embarrassment in front of others as we left the restaurant. The staff seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic, displaying a lack of courtesy. Christy's comments as we exited were unprofessional. I will not be returning to this establishment.
Good Food and Travel
Havenāt been to an Applebees in a while due to bad experiences. This location seems better managed. The server and staff were great, they were friendly and we were greeted when we entered. Our server was honest when we were given plastic utensils until metal became available. Overall the location was clean for how busy it was and the bathrooms were well kept. The food options is where Applebees needs help but thatās not a complaint against this location as they work with what they have. My burger was overcooked and would say Wendyās would have done a similar or better job for a better price. We had cheese missing from some cheese sticks and the dip was bland. On a positive note, the kids menu had great selections. The yogurt and strawberries were great. Overall our experience was average but Applebees needs better menu items.

black couple.. we ordered our appetizer & entrees at the same time but waited over 30mins just to get the spinach dip. Server went missing for a good 20 mins, so another server came to serve a white couple in front of us that got there 20mins after we did their food. About 10 mins later the same server gave us our food but unfortunately it wasnāt even hot. Neither was the spinach dip. We felt that racism was applied.

Waitress seemed a little annoyed because it took me and my nephew a few minutes to decide what we wanted To eatthen when we did order and I understand, I worked in restaurant business before it may take a minute Once we got the food. It was OK when the ticket came. I was charged more than the price on the menu, Ask the waitress about the pricing she didnāt respond. She just said you can pay here at the table and never came back over there.
