Came in after 11:00am on Friday when they should be expecting a lunch rush. Two other customers and I stood in line patiencently waiting with no employees in sight. Eventually we all left without seeing a single employee in the building. This is also not the first time I have went inside and not seen a single employee; not even one working drive thru.

Okay, this is the comedian chef. Eric Sabin. And Arby's brought it to the table.. The Ruben from Arby's was outstanding . As a chef, I'm real particular about what I eat . Arby's did it right.

Ordered from door dash, my order was cold and I didn't receive part of the order. I drove back up there, the employees were apologetic and remade the entire order and threw in some extras. I deleted my door dash acct. Overall I will go back to Arby's, they fixed the mistakes and the food was great.
