3 employees short and the cook and manager rocked the service. One person working drive thru and front counter and I barley waited. Faster than most places fully staffed. Jalapeño poppers are excellent as always but I decided to try the cheesesteak and it was disgusting. Nothing to do with this store. It’s what Arby’s decided to call steak. I don’t know what it is but it’s gross.

Apparently my food drove away and came back. I was parked waiting for my food and a vehicle drove up to RETURN THE WRONG ORDER at the drive thru window. I saw the employee accept the wrinkled bag. A few minutes later MY food came out in a bag that was opened and the aluminum on the sandwiches looked overly wrinkled. HOW DISGUSTING!! ? FIRST YOU NEVER ACCEPT FOOD BACK IN THE WINDOW. ARBYS employees are LAZY and SLOW!When I questioned the bag of food, The runner ASSURED me that HE “SWITCHED IT OUT.” What does that even mean?!? The food was moderately cold as I opened it up in front of him. GROSS, UNSANITARY AND SLOW!!! Wasted time and money!! We went to chick fil an instead!! We will NEVER eat at this restaurant ever again!!

The staff was overwhelmed. They didn't greet us when we arrived and it took them quite a while to get to us. We were just about to leave. They did, however, apologize for the wait when we picked up our food.
The burger at Arby's was well prepared and the curly fries were hot and crispy. The strawberry lemonade is a must!

Was great service and the gentleman working at the counter today was very nice. Takes a while get get stuff fried fresh. The tea was sweet and fries hot. Restrooms were clean. I only eat Arbys once or twice a year and this is the second time I have stopped at this one. Last year on a trip I stopped in with my family and they enjoyed it then too

I want consistency. With my food, service and policies. I always mobile order and usually they let me go thru the drive thru and get it. Like **ALL** the other fast food places allow. But not today. Today the rude lady made us walk in. For what? Why? So she could power trip? So silly and inconsistent. Bad customer service is the reason this place is so slow. We'll just take the Arby's out the rotation which is a shame because the strawberry lemonade is life.
Food was good and consistent which is the norm with Arby’s. (That’s a positive compliment)Did however notice an employee coming out of bathroom and upon entering bathroom myself I saw no water was in the sink…did he wash his hands? I can’t say for certain but if he did he didn’t use water or a paper towel…Just saying…
