My review is not in regards of the staff that helped me yesterday (Tuesday December 3rd, 2024), because they were really good and that’s important to recognize. However my experience is unacceptable made worse by no one reaching out to me.
I placed a catering order on Monday December 2nd, 2024 with Auntie Anne’s at Concord Mills. I had planed to place the order earlier since my event was December 3rd, 2024, however , I called three times in the days leading up to the 2nd and finally went in on that day to speak to someone. I met Savannah at the counter and inquired about placing the order for catering. Savannah said she needed to talk to a manager but later called me and said I should place the order through EZ Cater. I placed the order on Monday afternoon and received confirmation. I again received confirmation on Tuesday morning that the order was confirmed. The order was $359.89 and confirmed for a 6:30 pm pick up on Tuesday December 3rd, 2024.
I arrived at the location 5-10 mins before 6:30 pm and asked about my order. The staff said they didn’t have the order and then later said that they had been told by their manager it was canceled. I showed them the email confirmation I received. From there , they called their manager and assistant manager but both did not respond at all. I asked who was responsible for letting them know there was a catering order and was told it was someone named ______. I then asked what the normal procedure for catering and they explained and how it was not followed. By now it was 7 pm , the time my event was to start, and I was trying to problem solve a solution , when I got a call that they did in fact have my order but that I’d have to wait 30 mins to an hour for the order which I agreed to.
At 8:30 pm I left the mall with my order and brought it to my event. I wrote an email after this and have not received a response more than 24 hours later. This is unacceptable. Let me reiterate that all the staff I worked with were fantastic and helpful but management of that store is atrocious and not fulfilling a catering order in a timely manner much less the agreed upon time is horrible business and service.

I ordered 2 items, and was overcharged by the cashier. She charged me for someone else's order and realized the mistake. Unfortunately she was not able to fix it, and neither was the manager.
She had me start all over again at a different register, and I found out later I was charged twice. To top it off, they shorted me one of the hot dog pretzels and said they weren't making any more.
I reached out to corporate and the store manager got back to me offering a refund, but then he either quit or was fired.
I ended up paying ~$30 for a cup of 9 mini hot dog pretzels and a large lemonade.
These people should be arrested for impersonating a restaurant. You should not trust food made by such careless employees.

This store is trash. Service was rude and they didn’t even have cinnamon bites which is the only reason we came here.

We waited 45 minutes for our pretzel bucket order. I know that’s a lot of pretzels, and we were prepared to wait but the workers prepared many other orders before us. The attitude of the workers behind the counter kept giving us dirty looks too.

Someone was given the wrong order, walked off, brung it back and the young lady put the pretzel bites back in the warmer to serve to another customer??
I was waiting for a fresh order that they got wrong and refused to refund me for. ?

Was completely ignored by the male on the phone. I waited for over 5 minutes with no one else in line at all. It was about an hour after they had opened. I will not come back and waste my lunch break again. Extremely rude. I also work in the mall but you don’t see me treating people like that ?he wouldn’t even speak to me or anything. Not a single acknowledgement or anything.

Didn’t even have the decency to give us some PEPER TOWELS for my daughter who was throwing up !!! Worker said “you have to buy something to get paper towels” . Pathetic
This one closed by the time I want to order. Horrible experience. The one by the food court was horrible to some people just came back and want to reorder and skip everybody. I had a coupon that was gonna expire soon. The girl at checkout refuse to get help from another employee told me to get back in line. My pretzel was burnt to on top of that
Claiming they don’t make pretzel dogs there, even though it’s on the menu. Pretty sure they are just to lazy to bother making what a customer asks. They just say pick out what’s in the warmer.

There was three ladies there,I asked for mini pretzels and was told that they don't do special orders,I responded "special orders?) It's on the menu,I was told that they are short staffed there was no line. I walked away and came back to see if there was a corporate number. One of the ladies then told me that they can make the mini pretzel at that time I was no longer interested in the order. I missed saleandcan unsatisfied customer. Please don't let this happen again.

Me and my brother got cinnamon pretzel bites and my parents got some regular pretzels. Mine (which is the cinnamon) had WAY too much sugar and were a bite burnt. My parents pretzels were a lil burnt but not as bad as mine.The guy wasn’t rude but mainly my stuff was the issue, also there a bit expensive with inflation already, idk if I’ll return. Oh and ares weren’t fresh either
Went at 8:27pm and was turned away because they’re “closed”
