Absolutely loved it! Iāve never had such a wonderful, tasty, salty pretzel before. Fresh, warm, and perfectly seasoned, truly delicious. On top of that, the staff are very kind, professional, and soft spoken, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended! š„Ø

I went today to buy a mini dog with my wife and the person in the register give us a cup with some of them burn it, so my wife ask me in Spanish to tell her to get a different one and the women get offended and with a bad actitud says āyou have to talk to me in English because I speak Englishā and my wife donāt even speak to her and she start acting aggressive and complaining with the other employees, I like the place but no the way she treats people. Didnāt tell me name but is a black lady.

I ordered from auntie Anneās today around 1 oāclock and the door dasher said that they didnāt have the watermelon frozen drink I ordered and that I would have to order something else the dasher was ānewā and said I took to long to answer (3 min.) and they said they left after I didnāt answer for 3 min. I ended up getting just my pretzel bites and a cream cheese and still havenāt gotten a refund for the $4.79 drink I ordered.

If I could give zero stars I would. Pretzels taste old as if reheatedā¦ area was super dirty & on top of that customer service was horrible she was really rude to me and my kids I dont know how this store is still open and running.

Our family went to 2 different locations in Concord Mills, and both experiences were unfriendly and didn't really deliver what we wanted. The first ran out of regular pretzels and after I purchased the bites, then they proceed to tell me I could have waited five minutes for a regular pretzel. Then my grandmother went to a different location in the mall and they burnt her pretzel dogs, and acted like it was an inconvenience to make them. Everyone is miserable working it seems.

Found a black hair in my cinnamon pretzels... grosss never coming back.
Iām not sure what the issue was, but I ordered the new Oreo topped nuggets and was told there would be a 15 min wait. I didnāt receive them until almost an hour later, and was not updated during my wait. I didnāt even realize that much time had passed and was irritated that I waited that long instead of just requesting a refund. No complaints on the nuggets, but itās up to you whether or not you want to deal with the actual service at this location.

Some employees know what they are doing, others try charging me full price when I have a coupon and then stare at me when I tell them I have a coupon it should not be full price. Soda tastes off but they won't fix it either.
