I ordered a Mango Matcha and a Tiger Milk Tea, both with oat milk, and I clearly asked for oat milk on both. Instead, you added whole milk. My wife is dairy intolerant, and this could have seriously affected her health.
You charge extra for oat milk and toppings, so why wouldn’t you take care to get the order right? It’s not just an inconvenience—mistakes like this can mess up people’s stomachs, and a simple “sorry” doesn’t fix that.
Please take more care when handling customer orders, especially when people are paying extra for dietary needs. This isn’t about just a wrong drink; it’s about respecting customers’ health.

We had a wonderful experience at bubble Tea today! It was our first visit, and we were truly impressed. The taste was very good — fresh and flavorful. The service was excellent — the two workers who helped us this evening were incredibly patient and kind. We really appreciated their hospitality. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Nothing exciting about this visit. Cashier was pleasant. It's important that you know and understand the menu because it seems employees aren't interested in clarifying beverage descriptions. For this reason, my visits are infrequent. I still can't find location on Cashapp, yet I collect Boba Balls during each visit.

Nice little spot. I really don't enjoy Boba, but the kid and wife love it. They have rice balls on the weekends and the daughter can not get enough of them. They now have a claw machine that I'm addicted to, I've only won once, but I will be back!
