Pasquale, our waiter, did an excellent job at making us feel welcome and giving us a great experience! The food was great and offered some unique items that aren’t available at most Italian restaurants.

The prices was reasonable as well. I was expecting to pay nearly twice as much based on the experience, but was relieved when it came out to $54 for two and we both got a drink. 10/10 will be back

Food is good - wait service can be very unpredictable.

Families witth children may wish to start dinner before 6pm given service slowness (before the rush), and note the fine print on Tuesday kids specials as only a subset of typical adult entrees (eg not full sized pizzas and calzones) qualify for the kids eat free

We had a recent experience where we arrived on time for our 615pm reservation and were seated promptly, but the server didnt visit us until 640. We placed orders promptly then, didnt receive food until 720 (ordered pasta and pizza), and then without utensils or share plates. We had to leave early as kids were growing tired, and the server (likely sensing our dissatisfaction) added for herself a 20% gratuity - a nice finishing touch

My boyfriend and I had a reservation here for our anniversary and honestly, it was pretty disappointing. We were seated in a room that looked like it was thrown together last minute, and our table didn’t even have basic setup items on it. Everyone else around us got garlic knots, but we never received any.

John ordered a beer that took over 30 minutes to arrive — I had already finished most of my drink before he even got his. We ordered a rice ball appetizer, and the center was still cold when it came out. Our main dishes took forever to arrive, and when they finally did, the food was just okay — nothing special.

The biggest issue, though, was the service. Our waitress was hardly around, and we were there for nearly two hours — which is unusual for us since we normally order, eat, and leave without dragging things out. After we finished eating, she asked if we wanted the check, but it still took another 20 minutes for her to actually bring it, even though we could see her walking back and forth near the doorway.

Overall, the food was average, but the service really needs a lot of improvement. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for on our anniversary.

My husband and I had been wanting to try Basilico for quite some time and finally did and we loved it! The service was wonderful and the food was soooo delicious! We ordered the large portion of the chicken parm along with the harvest salad. And those garlic rolls they bring you while you wait were so good! They had a great wine list too! We can’t wait to come back and try other things on the menu as well as bring our family and friends! We love supporting local businesses. Do yourself a favor and give it a try you won’t be disappointed!

This place was a place we found on social media and wanted to try it. The place is like a old school Italian restaurant with an incredible wait staff. The food is amazing. We had the rice ball as the appetizer and it was one of the best I've ever tasted. We got the ziti with vodka sauce, that was incredible. We got the eggplant rollatini that was delicious. They brought out a basket of hot garlic knots that were very good. We tried the caesar salad which was delish. The gralic and parmesan broccoli is a must try. This place is a staple and you should come hungry because the portion sizes are just right. Enjoy!

The first few times we visited everything was very good. The service, the food, and the atmosphere. However, the last couple of times we were very disappointed! The food was horrible and the service was awful. Perhaps it has gotten better but we will not be returning.

Ate there Friday evening, couldn’t get a table even though several were empty the whole time. 🤷🏼‍♂️The hostess stated because they were so busy. Was offered outdoor or bar seating, chose the bar, but was it wasn’t what I expected. Noticed most of the other people coming in had to sit at the bar also. On a good note the food was delicious! 🤤 Service was excellent as well. They had plenty of staff on hand.

Love this place, whether it’s the pasta, the Caesar wrap, or the salads, the food is always excellent. I do pickup from lunch often and Aiden at the front always has a great attitude and outstanding service, you can tell that young man will go far in life.

Highly highly disappointed in this restaurant after reading such good reviews. I had the blackened chicken alfredo. The alfredo sauce had no flavor. It cost me $32 for a small chicken alfredo and they charged me $6 extra for the alfredo sauce to go with the garlic knots that also had no flavor.
