A kitschy a little joint in the heart of Concord with a great atmosphere, friendly service, and dare I say, damn fine pizza! Don't bother buying a whole pizza because a single slice is so large it's served on two plates! I mean gigantic slices, filled with toppings with a crispy, crunchy, delicious crust and perfect amount of cheese. Served hot and fresh. If you're nearby do your taste buds a favor and stop in to check it out.

Wasn't going to post this review. then someone I know posted a review and told they were wrong. My car was towed by Benny Decorsa. I got there early and parked in the Dedicated benny decorsa parking spot with the sign then we sat in the patio area waiting for your place to open. When the door opens we came in and were the first customers that day. My granddad who was with said said “isn’t that your car on that tow truck”? I immediately turned to the manager behind the counter and said why is my car being towed and he said we didn’t know it was yours we assumed it was someone parked at the courthouse. There was another lady sitting there. We told her to move. I told them why didn’t you ask? The only person waiting for you to open sitting by the door in the patio. They said well technically not a customer yet and if you’re in the patio area before 10 o’clock your technically loitering. They did nothing to help and they said there was nothing they could do. It cost $230 to get the car out of the tow yard in Concord. To be honest it bums me out because you guys have the best pizza and I have no ill will. Just want to say I'm not lying.

My son came to your restaurant several months ago. They arrived about 10 minutes before you opened so they waited in the car until you unlocked the door. He and his granddad came in, sat, and ordered. Just after ordering my sons grandad asked, “is that your car being towed away?”
My sin went to the manager and adked him if he towed his car. The manager said, “yes, you were parked illegally.” My son asked why, stating”we were here 10 minutes before you opened so we waited until you unlocked the door?” The manager continued,”we didnt know whose car it was and had it towed.” My son continued, “so you had my car towed even as we sat in your restaurant, couldnt you have just asked?” The manager made no apology and my son had to pay 250.00 to get hus car out if impound. Just want everyone to know when they eat here, this is who they are!

We were given 1 or 2 day old garbage. The cheese was old and tasted bad. It looked like they took old cheese pizza out of the fridge and microwaved it and then threw some spinach on top. It was, by far, the worst pizza we have had from here. The pizza had cold, old melted cheese on it. The melted cheese had reformed/hardened and was obviously poorly/quickly reheated. We ended up throwing away 3 slices that had a total of 2 bites taken out. My kids wouldn't touch it because it was so bad. My kids were the ones wanting to go here!

ordered a cheese pizza on line. Picked it up and when I opened the box the pizza looked old like it was made hours ago. I tried cutting the pizza and it was to hard to cut. The crust was like a rock and there was no sauce on the pizza. We couldn't eat the pizza. Had to throw it away. I called and spoke with the lead because it was a Saturday night and told the lead whay happened he said the manager would be in on Sunday and he would call me so I could get a refund. Of course no one called. I called back on on Monday and was told my refund should be in with in three business day, but never came. Called back and he said the manager was out of town that he would call corporate because they would need to refund me. He called me back and said I would have a refund in three days. It never came when I called he said it was definitely refunded and some banks are slower them others ( with an attitude) well I never got a refund and it was horrible customer service!!

My daughter turn us on to Benny's pizza OMG delicious this is our favorite pizza place now..
Arrived just before 4 pm on a Monday, gentleman behind the counter full beard, backwards hat was very uninviting and took our order. When pizza was ready he called my name to come get it, it was dine in. Large hot pan to carry, I had to go back to our table to get the paper plates to place between pan and my hand to be able to carry it. The lady behind the counter knew immediately what I was dealing with and offered to carry it and or give me hand towels to be able to. Pizza I give a 4, the lady I give a 5, that gentleman gets a 0 and I would give it no stars but 1 is as low as I can go!
