Biscuit was falling apart and not done all the way 😢 and I could not eat it. If I wasn't already on the highway, I would have turned around and asked for a refund 😒 🙄 😐

The cashier was pleasant the restaurant was clean. Only problem was the up charging .50 per egg and then served artificial eggs not fresh eggs. It’s not a shortage on liquid eggs so I don’t understand

Came about 8:30 in the morning, ordered/paid for my food/recieved my food through drive thru window in less than a few minutes. Friendly staff, food was super fresh. Can’t ask for much more than that!

I've been Hearing the hype about biscuitville it was Good service was quick. No Complaints, but to be honest, the biscuit Wasn't all that it was good , but it wasn't worth five stars. I'd go back but wouldn't be like oh yeeeeaaahhh type deal lol.

The country fries were past their holding time, but my biscuit was made as requested and fresh. The person at the windows was pleasant.
The food was amazing and the speed at which they got everything together and done was impressive.
The person taking our order was a little snippy but it was insanely busy so I'm sure she was just stressed during the holiday season.
Would absolutely recommend if you need something quick and filling for yourself or for small kids!

It doesn't get any better than this place, when it comes to fast food. Grits taste like they've been made by someone's grandma. Good quality bacon, and the biscuits taste fresh every time. When I travel to NC, I always make it a priority to eat here at least two to three times during my trip.

Rude lady with glasses said to use coupon you need to let drive thru order taking person know that you’ll be using coupon and shut the window. Nowhere was written this instruction - neither on coupon nor on restaurant. Biscuitville either stop expecting customers to know all the rules or train their staff better.
