Went to this place on a Sunday after church, a complete nightmare. Complete and total chaos. Yes I realize that the rush overwhelmed The employees who probably need to be better trained based on their behavior, I get it. However, the degree of confusion and mismanagement should not be taken out on the customers! Ridiculous.

It was the worst service every this one woman that was supposed to be having me the food she was talking about how this girl got beat up and was being loud and it took 20 minutes let me remind you it was only to people in the Line me and the car in front of us the food was dry I was coughing while I was trying to eat that hard biscuit. We came in on January 1st (2024) knowing that it would probably be busy. It was VERY busy with cars wrapped around the whole building for the drive through so we decided to go in. Inside was also packed and it was quite obvious that the staff was overwhelmed with the amount of orders. We had no problem with the wait as we prefer biscuitville to most breakfast places and over all fast food breakfast. The staff was working so hard to churn out the orders and when we finally got our food I was honestly surprised at the speed and quality of our order. We got egg cheese and bacon biscuits— the eggs were cooked perfectly, the bacon was crispy, and the biscuit was amazing as always. The staff was communicating and working so well together. They deserve a raise for dealing with as many customers as they had to this morning. Someone in corporate pay your employees what they deserve. Thank you!

Oh my goodness. The biscuit is so fresh. The sandwich was perfect. I came across this establishment by accident, and it was such a great thing. Next time, I will take pictures to add to the review. Not expensive, ubder $5.00 per sandwich.
Came in yesterday at the Concord location and witnessed a purple shirt totally disrespect a young man that just wanted to let her know that his order was to go and not to sit in the restaurant . She snatched his try from him and when she did fix his food to go, she slammed his food on the counter and didn’t even notify him that him order was ready. For that reason I wont be coming back there. Just RUDE for no reason and the guy was handicapParking: No comment

Good lord!! Who on earth likes this place? It’s absolutely AWFUL!! Everything we ordered was TERRIBLE! ZERO FLAVOR, ZERO SEASONING! The biscuit was extremely bland and dry as was the fried chicken. The grits were easily the worst grits I’ve ever had in my life! The restaurant is VERY tiny and uncomfortable and the walk way into the restaurant is in the path of the drive thru which is a dumb design. I would never eat at this place again. It really sucked!
