BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

I've always wanted to check out BJ'S and I am so glad I did! What a cool environment to grab some grub. I had the chicken parmesan and it was decent. The drink selection was vast and the service was amazing. I would definitely come back.

Went for lunch with the family and got seated right away. However, it took almost 10 minutes for the server to greet and take our drink and appetizer order. It then took forever to the drinks. The app. came out quick, but she didn't take the entree order until we were done with it. When the food came out the sides were wrong and everything that was fried tasted burnt (like the grease hadn't been changed in a week). On top of all that the server had zero personality. Probably won't be back again.

Disgusting. Gave me dirty silverware to eat my food with. There was literally crusty old food on both forks. Wrong order came out as well…. Took forever to correct it. I would never recommend anyone to come eat here.

This was our first time at B.J.S. and we were pleasantly surprised. There was a wait upon entering but once we were greeted by our server it was a great experience. The food was excellent. The service was great as well. The cookie flight was a chef's kiss. We really enjoyed our experience at B.J.s.

We had a reservation, because we knew a Friday night at Concord Mills may be busy. There were plenty of open tables when we arrived and the hostess sat us right next to the to go registers, kitchen door and wait staff area. Food was good, but came out at different times not all at once. Probably won't go back to this location, but would try it again elsewhere.

We waited 10-15 mins because our server didn't know they had our table. Our apps came out before our drinks. It took two hours for dinner for 5 people because service was so slow. When dinner was brought out, they brought out 2.5 dinners and forgot the rest.

Food was good. Our server was very busy though. She served the appetizers without silverware. We asked twice for set ups and she didn't bring them until after we were finished. So we ate our appetizers with our fingers and without napkins. Unacceptable.

This was the third time we tried to “make it work” and it was the most horrific dining experience, if that's even possible. This coming from two people who grew up in the bar and restaurant business and who are very forgiving and very easy to please. Poorest customer care, 1 hour plus wait for food and they served us old, cold, stale noodles. No apology. They only comped kids meals and it took 20+ minutes to even get our check. Never. Ever. Again.

Service was excellent. Food was great and did not take long to receive it. Staff was professional and friendly.

Service was slow. Forgot half the drink order. Cut of steak was good but missing any seasoning or flavor. It's disappointing because I normally really enjoy this place.

Service was slow. We waited about 15 mins for the cookie ice cream dish. She brought several out and said ours were next but it wasn't for us. We had already eaten and were waiting on that, so we were actually ready to go. Overall nice place.

Probably the worst service I've ever had at any restaurant. The tables all around us ate and left and new people came in before we ever got our bill. Our table was not cleared and we had to eat around dirty plates. A kid meal was brought out 15 minutes before everyone else's. Do better!!

Service was slow. Food was cold or incorrect. Bill was incorrect. Don't go if you don't have patience.

Great food with an outstanding price point. The service was terrific, and we didn't have a long wait.
