Party of 9. Drinks took to long and could not get another round. 1 person is the party had ice cold food.

We had a great time. My wife loved the restaurant. It was her birthday. They gave her a free dessert for her birthday. We really appreciate that the waiter was amazing, knowledgeable, and had a great experience. Highly recommend

Made reservations for a business dinner. The hostess was welcoming and friendly and our waitress was also accommodating and friendly as well. Great service.

We made a reservation. We arrived early. They were able to accommodate since 2 guests backed out. Once seated it took a while for the server to ask about drinks. When she asked us for our order it took roughly hour to get out food. She brought our food out and my husband's food came out 30 min after ours. We went there for our anniversary. The food was not all that. It was over priced and over exaggerated.

I was looking forward to having a nice birthday dinner, I haven't been to BJ's in awhile, Berry Burst Cider! As I'm ordering it I was told they were out, then I tried to order another cider and they were out of that one as well. That was disappointing. The Appetizers were good, wings and avocado egg rolls. The entrees were good and the pace was perfect. Our server Christian was very good and checked back often. The dessert was delicious.

Had a lovely dinner last night, our waitress, Tabitha was amazing and we met the manager Ashley and just as lovely. The service and food were amazing. We did notice a KAREN and husband sitting at a table nearby who called the manager about food even though the couple licked the plate!!! Otherwise we love BJs and are regulars since we found it 2mths ago!! Thank you 😊

I flew in from Texas to meet with my team and take them to lunch for our year end celebration. It was only 7 of us and the service was terrible. We were there for almost 2 hours (which was not planned) and I had to ask twice to get our drinks refilled - my boss even started choking and needed a drink and couldn't get one. It really made for a quite a poor experience.

We had an excellent experience here. Our waiter, whose name I do not remember, maybe it was Tomother or something like that, was the nicest guy. He gave us a free side of fries because my wings took a while to come out. And the wings. Fantastic. Giant and perfectly cooked and sauced. Everyone we interacted with was very nice. This is way more than a sports bar. Prices are great. Legitimate spot to have a nice dinner. If they sold bumper stickers I’d put one next to mine that says, “SLOW DOWN I’M DRIVING.” BJs all the way.

Great service! Really looking forward to eating the legendary pizza remix that Jordan Howlett said was excellent.
It was good but not as excellent as I was expecting.
I got the personal so just enough for one. I did take it to go so maybe the delay in eating could have made a difference in the taste. I will try again and eat in.

Absolutely wonderful experience. We had reservations and they seated us as soon as we arrived which was 15 minutes early. We had excellent service from our server whose name was Ariana I believe. The food was delicious. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I wanted to go eat here and love the the place I went with one of my buddy’s and bought deep dish pizza and wings and Sarah the server was very nice and professional she went above and beyond

I can't review the food because after an hour, I still haven't eaten. Total cost of dinner after an hour and 45 minutes, $80. My wife enjoyed her meal, I received my meal and was underwhelmed. My steak was prepared not to order and cool. The hostess seemed irritable. This was my first experience.

Had a really good experience here today ☺️. Ordered the hamburger 🍔 off the kids meal and it was delicious 😋. Had a really great 👍 server as well.😁❤️
