The guy waiting on my pizza to cook stood scratching his scalp. None of the employees had gloves on and they were handling the food directly.

First in line, waited for 12 minutes to have an order taken. Watched them make all the online orders first waiting for ours to be made then they proceeded to bring more online orders over and insert them in front of ours. Never seen patrons who went into the restaurant to dine in continues to be moved to the back of the line, absolutely unacceptable service.

Besttt pizza place in town i swearrrr
It was not a good experience, we waiting for them to do mobile orders for a solid 10 minutes waiting for them to start ours. The kids were arguing behind the counter. Who I’m assuming was the manager was crass and rude to the kids. They overloaded the front with workers and one poor girl was loading and cutting all orders for mobile and in person so we waiting so long for our food. Pizza was fine but honestly I wouldn’t recommend ever returning.

Awful service, awful crew
Never again
The pizza was good but the service was horrible. The person working the front didn’t greet us or say anything at all, he looked like we were bothering him while he was texting and looking at his phone. We had to repeat ourselves 3 or 4 times because he wasn’t listening. No one looked to be enjoying their job (or at least faking to at least like it).

Horrible experience I ordered a pepperoni pizza and had to ask them to remake it because then never called my name so I went up to inquire on it to see if the pizza was ready. All to learn that they just had it sitting on the top where customers had leaned over it and it was cold. I was met with a horrible attitude from the manager after asking her to please remake the pizza. There must have ran out of pepperoni because look at the pizza!!!!
They get your online order wrong, do not answer the phones, and will not accommodate when you have to drive back to the location to get the order corrected by refunding you and remaking like a normal company.
My husband & I were excited to order from you for the first time. We had previously eaten your pizza with our family and had a great experience the first time. However, I can say this was the most disappointing experience with takeout pizza ever! First both pizzas were extremely overcooked, in my opinion burnt! My husband tried to eat it but couldn't! That was not the worst of it though.
We ordered regular pizza and were given pizza that was so spicy as in hot sauce spicy we could not eat it. We were planning to feed our toddler grandson this and thank goodness my husband had taken a bite prior to feeding our grandson. This was extremely
disappointing. Lack of quality and care was obviously demonstrated. I do hope this situation will be handled appropriately between management and staff. Not acceptable in my book. I hope this won't be a concern for other customers in your future,

2 of the 3 employees were just leaning on the counter instead of helping the one young lady working on all the orders. Asked for my online order, one of the employees just straight up ignored me and walked away. I assume the lady was a manager that reluctantly “helped” me, like I was a bother to her. I used to love this location but it’s so bad now

Food was decent but toppings were missing on one pizza. Service was extremely lacking. Arrived and asked out my pickup order and was told it wasn’t ready yet. 15 minutes later the same staff member asked if I was there for pickup and I had to remind them they said my order wasn’t ready yet. A staff member dropped sauce cups on the customer floor area and made no attempt to clean the sauce from the floor for my entire 45 minute wait. For a first experience I’m disappointed to say the least. They said their online ticket printer wasn’t printing but the first employee who acknowledged me should have figured out the problem when I gave my name the first time. Not sure if we will be back.
