Blaze Pizza

This was my first time visiting Blaze Pizza.... EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Employees acted as if my family and I were a bother when asked about the menu.Never offered menu information or properly greeted.I only gave 1 star because I got my pizza.

Staff was unsure of how to make my pizza. Kept having to read the menu. Toppings are sparse.

I come here often. I have had a few mishaps though the last 3 times everything has been wonderful!

While the food is amazing, and made to order, the restaurant is cavernous and echoes. Thankfully there are nice tables outside to eat and relax.

Actually insane how bad customer service was.

Walked in and literally the entire staff upfront, minus one who was cleaning and restocking, were hunched over their phones. Zero acknowledgement for a couple of minutes till I assume who was the manager had to walk upfront and snap at the workers to finally help my girlfriend and I.

Then after they finally got the motivation to going the apathetic attitudes of the couple of workers upfront just kinda ruined the whole thing. One was so quick to get back to her phone and continue whatever conversation she was having. Pizza wasn't cooked all the way and was hastly and poorly assembled.

Literally zero care by the upfront workers. Again insane how we were just completely ignored until the manager had to tell them to help us.

Worst service ever received in my life

I ordered a pizza online for the in person pickup. The pickup time was 5:14pm. When I reached on time, pizza was not ready. At around 5.20 when I checked with the person she didn't react anything and I saw that she took my order receipt and sticking it on a takeout box. Next she worked on cutting the pizza and put it in the box and kept it aside. After 5mins I checked again and she handed over the box. When I opened it in my car, I saw it was a pepperoni pizza and my order was Vegetarian pizza.
I went back and without even apologizing she gave me another pizza. Now I came back to the car and found out that it had broccoli etc which I didn't even order. Again I went back, and requested for cancellation, while the billing guy started working on the cancellation, lady came back with another pizza (someone else's name on the box) and offered it to me( it was my order). I accepted that and didn't proceed with the cancellation.
Worst part of all of these is not even once staff apologized for the service. It is pathetic for sure.
And I did mention change of gloves during my order, and the I could see using the same cutter for the meat and veggie pizza. If that is the case why would I even bother asking for change of gloves? I do know that blaze pizza used to use different cutters for veggie pizza, but not anymore.
It was a horrible experience for me and never going back ever again.
I used to refer my friends so often, but will make sure to discourage them from now on.

Old review: Me and my family love Blaze pizza. These Pizzas are way tastier than any other big chain Pizzaz.
I definitely recommend Blaze pizza for the whole family.

The service is getting worse day after day. Today for a vegetarian pizza, they gave pepperoni pizza. Even after multiple feedbacks we just get a free dessert instead of the place getting better. The attitude of the staff is worse and I don't think anyone would like to visit this place after such an experience!

Closing time is 9pm, I walked in the door at 8:49pm. When I went to place my order I was informed that they don’t take orders 10 minutes before closing. The staff was already in the process of making another pizza. I asked if they would still be able to make it as I drove all the way there and technically I arrived before the 10 minute mark. The staff asked the manager and he said no. I will never return here and will continue to support the JW Clay location. Service and staff is always top notch at the JW Clay location.

Loved building my pizza! Cauliflower crust was amazing.

I love going to Blaze but this store is a cluster when trying to pick up an order. No organization or any to help me
