This is the second time I’ve come through this drive through and had the exact same issue of receiving the incorrect number of tenders. I had to return to the store after realizing at home that I got 3 pieces when I ordered 5, and although they gave me the two extra they didn’t apologize or offer me anything else for my trouble and their mistake. I understand we’re human and we make mistakes but the same problem twice? Shame on me for not checking my box before pulling out of the lot I guess. AND all the tenders were too small in poetu

There was hair in both of my juices and I only got 1 leg and 1 thigh in my order after paying 26 dollars on Uber eats. Also I'm pregnant don't appreciate that at all.

Good food but omg horrifically nasty place inside to eat. Smells like bourbon street. Not one table was clean or even 1 sqft of the floor was clean. Men's bathroom was super disgusting. Someone should come by and inspect this place.

Seems as though the only customer friendly fast food restaurant in concord is the Burger King on concord pkwy. These other fast food restaurants around this area don’t like serving customers fresh food. It’s almost an act of congress to receive fresh food here. When you ask for fresh food the staff looks at you like you just raged war on them. I’m a New Yorker. We enjoy fresh food even if it’s from fast food restaurants. My whole order was old garbage. Not hot. Fries were hard and cold mixed with a few fresh fries. You can tell the difference. We pay for freshness. That’s a given. From now on I see that I must specify freshness. If not then I will no longer support these restaurants.chicken and fries should be piping hot. And not like warm.

The staff was terrible. They ran out of dark meat for 40 minutes at lunch time. A spanish speaker was confused and the counter person pathetically tried for 10 minutes to communicate. Meanwhile, 6 ft away, the spanish speaking manager was just standing there like an idiot. I've never seen so many people manage to do so little. It took me 15 minutes to get a basic 2 piece meal.

I’m extremely disappointed in the food and service I received at this location.Every bit of what I ordered is cold. I came at 8:34pm Thursday Dec 5 . Management should be evaluated , I deserve my money back . I will not return to this location and if you’re reading this review I recommend that you don’t either . Don’t waste your time or money at this location . I pray the General Manager reads this message .

They used strictly AI to order through the drive through. Red flag number one.
Couldn’t get a simple order correct. Didn’t tell us they were waiting in biscuits, left out our sauce, left out our straws and we had to go back in for all of this just to be told the biscuits would take 7-8 minutes. Like what?
