mystery is uncomfortable

Went through the drive through and got a 12 piece family meal 2 fries and a Cole slaw. I received 11 pieces half the fries in each container and half a cup of slaw. It was as if someone skimmed my order . I had to ask for my sandwich or they would have forgotten it.

Nasty!!! Old chicken. And they gave me old French fries.I had to ask for fresh ones.The chicken Taste it like it was from the day before or several hours early

Wouldn't recommend eating here. Hard overcooked biscuits spoiled tea and when I meantion about the tea they never even changed it or checked it. They really need to wash em out before making fresh tea.

Terrible!!! People working n this BO tonight.....bless!!! They tried but not hitting on much. Had 2 piece breast and wing....was given a thigh first that looked like it had been cooked all day. Took it back to get my breast and it looked worse than the thigh once I got to the table. The wing....well it was cooked to a crisp. Mac n cheese was dry and like it had been out all day. Dirty rice the same way. Didn't give me a biscuit with my meal so had to go back and ask for that. Didn't give dipping sauce for tenders my wife had. After specifically asking what we wanted when ordering. Sorry to rant but needless to say this was enough to drive me away from Bojangles. The 2 guys working couldn't get 2 orders together at the same time. Had to work on 1 order together to get it ready and it still wasn't right. Just annoying with the prices these places charge nowadays! Anyway......good luck to this BO!

The Lash Boutique CLT

I recently visited this Bojangles location, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. My simple request for light ice with my order turned into a frustrating encounter filled with unnecessary attitude from the staff.

One employee, a Black woman with red or pink synthetic hair wearing a black toboggan, repeatedly said, “Ain’t nobody about to kiss ass,” which was completely inappropriate and uncalled for. Meanwhile, a white employee with red glasses also displayed poor customer service skills, seemingly irritated by my request. All I wanted was to have my order corrected and a quick, efficient service experience.

When I brought up the issue with the manager, Ian, he apologized but insisted, “I was right there, and she did not have an attitude.” However, he failed to acknowledge that the synthetic-haired employee repeatedly made unprofessional comments. He seemed nervous, almost scared to confront his employees about their behavior, as though he didn’t want to upset them. I pointed this out to him, saying, “I know it’s hard to find people to work, so you try to keep the ones that do come satisfied, but this is unacceptable.” I also reminded him, “You can’t tell someone how they feel,” after his dismissive apology.

The overall atmosphere of the store was disheartening. More employees were standing around, leaning on the counters, than actually working. The sanitation score of 94 also left me uneasy, adding to the negative impression.

The only saving grace was one kind older woman with a ring who went out of her way to be accommodating. She should be running the store—her professionalism was the only glimpse of what good customer service could look like.

Unfortunately, the behavior of the other employees, particularly the one with the red/pink synthetic hair cursing in her uniform, reflects poorly on the establishment. Customer service training should be mandatory for the individuals involved, and perhaps it’s time for some to reconsider if this industry is the right fit for them.

Overall, this experience made me not want to return. The lack of professionalism, poor attitude, and dismissive management need to be addressed immediately if this location hopes to retain customers.

I wanted pink lemonade… they were out… I said I’ll get a refund for the three drinks. The man said $35 combo meal would have three large drinks valued at $1.92 combined… I don’t know what kind of math they do at Bojangles but that definitely does not add up. I did not feel like arguing so I just got tea, that I knew I didn’t want, just didn’t feel like getting ripped off with a bogus refund. This also must be the only Bojangles I ever been to where a biscuit is not included in the combo. Three meals and not one biscuit. Very disappointing experience.

They literally over seasoned my fries. My family and I were not able to eat any of our sides. This location needs to be closed down. They need to get adults in there to supervise, because the young teens are not cooking the food right. I spent over $40.

I ordered a biscuit and a large cup of ice water. The lady handed me a biscuit and a large cup of water,I asked if she had any ice she said no..... Hard to believe that Bojangles doesn't have ice 🤷🏾‍♀️. How hard is it to make a cup of ice water

This is by far the worst Bojangles I've ever visited. The chicken was undercooked. The fries were soggy. The employees were very unprofessional.

Went to the drive through. Waited 20 minutes. Some weird AI thing took our order completely wrong. We got told to pull forward. Cashier asked if we were able to order and we said no because the order was totally wrong. Then she told us to go back into the drive through lane to reorder????? Like she couldn't take our order and wanted us to do the same process again? She must have been OUT of her mind. Did we say some colorful words to her for her audacity? We sure did!!!! Whole process from the drive through line to her took 30+ mins.
