I'm hoping there's more to fast food than just stacking ingredients together, heating it to lukewarm, handing those badly stacked items out a window with the least amount of enthusiasm or courtesy!! To Bojangles worldwide...JUST STOP with those desperately prepped biscuits with canned apples and stressed streusel toppings!! PLEASE!!

The manager was very rude. The AI missed half our order. When I went in to get things fixed the lady said they were out of the bo rounds we ordered and wouldn't make any more and that we didn't order the sandwich plain, (we clearly did). She reluctantly fixed the sandwich. I will not be going back to that bojangles.

Went to Bojangles today and the manager came to the window with worst attitude on top of them messing up our order. Customer service was horrible from all ends. If they don’t like the job they should find a new one or be trained on how to treat customers

OMG, definitely not a good representative for Bojangles .... nor any fast food restaurant. Unorganized, couldn't find 1 of my orders from online. Staff didn't seem professional.
HORRIBLE! I came here with my family after visiting another Bojangles who had bad customer service. They ended up giving me the wrong order…I wanted a thigh and leg and they gave me two legs. When I questioned them about the mistake the cashier and the manager caught a nasty attitude. The cashier told me that I had to just take the two legs they gave me or get a breast. I requested a manger and she didn’t want to come at first. She told me that I can wait one minute for the thigh and that she needed to throw my entire meal away. I gave it back to her and she snatched it from me in front of my children. At that point I just requested a refund. I’m not sure if she was new or what but she gave me less than the amount due and I told her it wasn’t correct. She told me that I just had to deal with the shortage because she doesn’t have enough change to refund my order. I told her that it wasn’t my problem as I gave you the correct amount when I bought the food I would like the correct amount back. The manager yelled at me and closed the window. Then returned to the window with the correct amount. Then the cashier shut the window hard. They were rude, unprofessional, and liars. Do not come here. I will be contacting their corporate office as well. This was unacceptable!
