If I could zero stars I would! In town and had a Bojangles craving because itās the best in Charlotte. I ordered ahead because I didnāt want to deal with the AI robot at the drive thru, and that was my first mistake! I came in and had to flag down an employee to state that I had a pickup order and it took them 20 minutes to bring out two combosā¦saw them service several other drive thru and pick up orders and never get checked on or notified of when my food would be ready once. My food came out late and cold! Avoid at all costs!!!

I go to get the five after 5:00. I have been twice and both times the chicken is burnt it is the smallest pieces they have and not worth eating. I only go because I'm tired and don't feel like cooking but after I get home I realize the food is bad I don't want to come back out. My mother who never complains about food let's not go there again.

Drive thru was really quick and convenient. Service is friendly most of the time except for when this older white woman is there. She huffs and puffs if you ask her for any condiments. It's happened on several different occasions. She must hate her job.Other than that, everything else was great.

Came to this location after the other location nearby didnāt have the Carolina Crunch. The food was good! I wish I could say the same about the service.
The staff appeared to be only 3 crew members at 6 PM on a Sunday. We ended up having to order through the mobile app before we were even acknowledgedā¦ how sad.
These stores are poor representation of Corporate locations. And to hear this is a training locationā¦ nothing about our experience said that.

Never fails- a chicken place is out of chicken. 2pm, out. 7pm out, opening- out. They are open till 11pm tonight and its 1947- no chicken . Won't drop anymore. Ridiculous. If you're not making money on this location its your staff's fault. Cancelled my order cause they dont have any chicken.

Everytime i go itās the same thing I went today and they said they didnāt have biscuits so they said if fries was okay I said yes and when I got home they didnāt give my chicken a box full of fries . They always get my orders wrong . Hate coming here. They needa shut this place down.
