Never fails- a chicken place is out of chicken. 2pm, out. 7pm out, opening- out. They are open till 11pm tonight and its 1947- no chicken . Won't drop anymore. Ridiculous. If you're not making money on this location its your staff's fault. Cancelled my order cause they dont have any chicken.

Everytime i go it’s the same thing I went today and they said they didn’t have biscuits so they said if fries was okay I said yes and when I got home they didn’t give my chicken a box full of fries . They always get my orders wrong . Hate coming here. They needa shut this place down.

Asked for extra sauce was told it’s in the box but it wasn’t plus the chicken bites were dry. I was at the location off of George Wilkes Parkway earlier this week around 12 pm and everything tasted fresh this location should take notes from them. I will not be back.

Two ladies by the name of Alexis and Krissy were running the store on 6/28 and they were the kindest, most courteous people despite the stress of being short staffed. Just wanted to give these two ladies the shout out they deserve! ❤️😊

I ordered two chicken waffle sandwiches one being a combo the other by itself. After waiting 10 minutes my older finally came out and they made one sandwich in one plain waffle then the manager had an attitude about it although she fixed it I will not be back at that Bojangles between the managers attitude and just how poorly it's run. 1/10
Ordered a 12 PC family supreme meal. My 2 sides were the fries. Got home and my fries were burnt, hard as hell and had no seasoning. For $40 I would appreciate if I could get my food cooked right. Can't believe they even served them knowing they wouldn't have ate them.

worst place ever i just came up there to get food and all i smelt was the devils lettuce and not only that my chicken was raw.. and when i complained i was told its not their fault and they wasn’t going to fix it i think the girls name was felicity and shamya or shamyra.. TERRIBLE service i don’t recommend

the managing staff is very racist. They disrespect they workers infront of the customers, The managers go and smoke on shifts while being on the clock . They expect the employees to act and work a certain way when the managers are constantly disrespecting them. This should not be tolerated in any establishment.
