Asked for extra sauce was told it’s in the box but it wasn’t plus the chicken bites were dry. I was at the location off of George Wilkes Parkway earlier this week around 12 pm and everything tasted fresh this location should take notes from them. I will not be back.

I ordered two chicken waffle sandwiches one being a combo the other by itself. After waiting 10 minutes my older finally came out and they made one sandwich in one plain waffle then the manager had an attitude about it although she fixed it I will not be back at that Bojangles between the managers attitude and just how poorly it's run. 1/10

Ordered a 12 PC family supreme meal. My 2 sides were the fries. Got home and my fries were burnt, hard as hell and had no seasoning. For $40 I would appreciate if I could get my food cooked right. Can't believe they even served them knowing they wouldn't have ate them.

worst place ever i just came up there to get food and all i smelt was the devils lettuce and not only that my chicken was raw.. and when i complained i was told its not their fault and they wasn’t going to fix it i think the girls name was felicity and shamya or shamyra.. the managing staff is very racist. They disrespect they workers infront of the customers, The managers go and smoke on shifts while being on the clock . They expect the employees to act and work a certain way when the managers are constantly disrespecting them. This should not be tolerated in any establishment.

I came to bring an order and it turns out that I had thrown away the food when I came to pick it up they told me to cancel it, and then they don't give a refund how annoying is this really besides they didn't close yet and I came on time and they throw away the food

Just going to say this once and this is a copyrighted statement. Lol but seriously. Order a 4 piece supreme combo with Mac & Cheese as the side. And bo sauce. Don't forget the bo sauce. Go home add some salt, pepper and smoked paprika to the Mac Take 2 tenders put them on your biscuit with Mac and cheese not all of the mac but some. Take the other 2 tenders break them up and put them in the rest of your Mac and cheese bowl and you will have a solid meal. You're welcome ?

Just went through the drive-through to grab some wings. The little girl was playing on her phone. She never said hello goodbye have a good day thank you and she did huff and puff when I asked for a straw and some ranch. I will never go back there again it was just so rude. We paid too much $10 for a combo actually 1069 and Red Service like that as high stuff is, I don’t want to go somewhere through service. I don’t mind to pay if it’s good and the service is good but that little girl she gonna get smacked by old school. I had a little problem that’s how rude she was. I couldn’t see her name tag either.

Ordered 8pc chicken through drive thru and was told to pull up and wait for chicken. After waiting 15 minutes for chicken, when I get home we have no breast in the box. I called manager and she had zero concerns and spoke like she barely had a pulse. If it wasn’t for the AI at the drive thru, this place would be a total disaster.
