In as served raw chicken! I was half was threw my chicken biscuit and when I got to the middle it was completely raw! The outsides were cooked but the middle was not! My family’s food was fine but mine obviously was not.

I ordered a simple sausage biscuit. What I got was a piece of sausage in a half stale chicken sandwich bun. Not the same as a biscuit, nor would I have accepted the switch if I was told they didn't have biscuits. My grandson who was with me got a biscuit with his meal. Check not only whether you got your selection, but that it was made the way it should have been. They pulled one over on me.

Guess it’s up to each individual store because some Bojangles think an egg biscuit is a super thin square of egg. Here, if it’s an egg and cheese biscuit, the egg is thinner than the cheese. This is one of those stores. With other Bojangles It’s great to order the more than $3 egg and cheese biscuit and have a thick folded buttery egg on a crispy edge flaky salty biscuit. Just don’t expect that here. The girl at the window is nice.

Ordered through the drive thru and they said pull over to a spot. Never brought me my food. Went in to get a refund. No employees up front, 6 people waiting on food, 3 people waiting in line. Finally flagged someone down to ask for a refund, they said food was coming, waited 5 minutes and no food. Finally went in front of everyone and said I need a refund! Manager eventually came out. I don't like acting that way but basically had to beg employees for their attention.
