We waited over 10 min for our food. Then they had the audacity to try to charge us 42 cents for one honey mustard sauce. They had a terrible attitude and could have cared less about our experience. Most Bojangles locations don't nickle and dime you and are kind and accommodating. This location was anything but. Would not recommend.

I have had countless bad experiences at this bojangles location . From items missing out of orders, not getting what you ordered, or sometimes the food is just not edible. I made the mistake of stopping to give them another chance today, my usual order is a bo size supremes with cheerwine. The biscuit was old and couldve been used as a hockey puck, the chicken is room temperature, the fries were a small, and the bo size cheerwine was a large cup of soda water. To top it off the lady at the window was getting trained by the person putting the supreme box together, so another worker is getting trained to not do the job right. IF THIS IS YOUR FOOD OPTION, I WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE CHECKING OUT AFTON VILLAGE FOR FAST FOOD INSTEAD.

I was in the store the other evening and I guess they had some kind of sewage. It smelled so bad I thought I was going to buy it and they were still cooking food and asked me if I just wanted to wait in the dining room for my food I've never smelled anything about that bad

I have noticed that lately the customer service has greatly improved. The gentleman at the drive thru this morning 5:45am Thursday morning was extremely courteous, and that will keep me coming back. And for those who think this location is nasty, go rethink that after you try the one near Concord Mills!

This is the worst Bojangles I've ever been to. I stopped going for 6 months months because they never got my order right, sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes regularly and served my burnt crisps passed off as supremes. I just ordered gun here for the first time in months and nothing has changed. I'll never come back to this one again.
