My friends and I met after work to celebrate MLK Day, the waitress Zoe came to greet us and asked were we celebrating anything special and we said Life and MLK Day, Zoe said I guess MLK day is a reason too, we looked at each other like did she just try to down play our MLKDay celebration, anyway we started giving Zoe our order, she couldn’t find the bourbon drink that I wanted, so she went on to take my friends order which she seemed to have a hard time finding our selections and blamed it on the ipad, Zoe finished taking our order and said she’d be back, came back and said she found the drink I wanted and it would be right out, she then asked for our order again because she forgotten, now just 5 minutes ago you repeated everything we said and we thought she put it on the iPad, another waiter came over and bought the drinks for my friends & Zoe came right after with water and said she’d didn’t see my drink, I said ok can we have some straws for our water, she never bought the straws, so I stop another waiter for straws, 1/2 of the food comes, because she forgot a few items & oh my drink, so when Zoe went to check on my drink and get the rest of our food another waiter bought my drink, Zoe had no clue, she was sweating so bad I asked was she ok, she said yes and wiped her face with her hand which was nasty, I started to ask her if she wanted some hand sanitizer but I thought maybe she’d wash her hands, but she didn’t because we watched her go to another table and take orders☹️she came back & we ordered another round of drinks and we tried other drinks on the menu she said, oh you all a mixing up your drinks, I said yes we are, like we didn’t know what we were doing, when she walked away I repeated the comment she made and we all agreed that we could order what we wanted and it was none of her business she just needed to get the order right, so now comes round 3 of drinks and we felt rushed by her because she kept asking did we want anything else, we told her no, twice, we asked for the check & told her how to split the bill, Zoe bought the.checks and they were all wrong, so she had to fix them, we paid and made plans to meet somewhere else next week- Zoe needs more training on tact, maybe a Servsafe course, hone in on her listening skills, and maybe see a dr for her sweats because when sweat is trickling on your face where is it dripping?????yuk

Last Thursday, I was disappointed with the level of service we received from our server, Denise. From the beginning, we felt unfairly judged, which created an uncomfortable dining experience. Service was consistently slow, with long delays each time she returned to our table.

Additionally, after we declined further alcoholic beverages, Denise went to the host stand and made a comment that prompted the host to look over at our table. This felt unnecessary and unprofessional, especially since declining drinks is a normal guest choice.

Bonefish Grill is known for quality service, and unfortunately this experience did not reflect that standard. I visit Bonefish grill almost every week and have never had such a horrible experience! I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve future guest interactions

I have been to Bonefish many times. The food Is always consistently good with friendly Efficient service. Weekends are crowded so we like to go midweek.

The food and service were good; however, the timing between courses was far too long. 3+ hours for a prix fixe dinner menu, especially on a weeknight, is a bit ridiculous.

This location is always a nice time. The manager on the evening shift is very personable and attentive yet professional.

Everyone from the host to the wait staff to the 3 managers that came by our table were very gracious and friendly.

It was a nice for it to be New Year's Eve they were hustling and service was still good. The food excellent and for the price good portions. I was glad they were going by reservations.

Have eaten here many times. Food always delicious! Was not its usual up to par this time. Don't know if waitress was new. But had to ask for tea refill and my husband's glass was almost empty. After our order, She came back and ask if we wanted bread. They always just bring it with drinks.
