Bonefish Grill

I ordered the blackened Baja tacos and the crème brûlée, and I was genuinely impressed by the quality and flavor of each dish. The tacos were perfectly seasoned, with just the right amount of spice to enhance the fresh ingredients without overpowering them. The fish was tender and flaky, complemented beautifully by the crisp slaw and creamy sauce. Each bite was balanced and bursting with flavor.

For dessert, the crème brûlée was a standout. The caramelized sugar crust had a satisfying crack, giving way to a rich, silky custard beneath. It was evident that great care was taken in preparing it.

Beyond the food, the service truly elevated our experience. Our server was not only attentive and knowledgeable about the menu but also warm and genuinely friendly. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, checking in at just the right intervals and offering helpful suggestions without being intrusive. It’s rare to feel so cared for while dining out, and that personal touch made a lasting impression.

Everything about this meal—from the freshness of the ingredients to the thoughtful service—was exceptional. I would happily return and recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

My take out order at Concord location was quick and perfect. Togo was an excellent service person.

Food is good but a little over priced

I wish I would’ve thought about taking a picture, but I was too consumed in the moment. Ms. Lori, our waitress, was so sweet and patient with us! I’m almost 6 months pregnant and of course EVERYTHING looked and sounded delicious. She gave us suggestions on our meals, was very attentive to our hydration needs, and remained so pleasant. And the FOOD! Oh my goodness ! I got the COD imperial and it was a 10/10. 🩵

Usually, this place is great. The seabass entree wasn't good. Asparagus was microwaved and too much rice. Fish was good but overpriced for just a piece of fish.

Nice and clean establishment as well as very good service and good food

The food was great, but the service was not great. It took almost 10 minutes for a server to come to our table just for our drink order. Our server Stephanie P only came to our table to get our drink and food order, bring the drinks back, bring the food, and bring the check. She never refilled our drinks. We watched as she refilled everyone else’s drinks at nearby tables. She never came to ask us how our food was tasting. She stood at our table after bringing the check waiting on us to pay. That made us feel pushed to get out. This was the worst service I’ve ever had at a bonefish. Also, it was not very busy to be the day after Christmas at 3pm.

I cannot express how good the service was here. Wes was our server and was such an absolute pleasure and took the best care of my friend and I. Please ask for him when you visit you will not be disappointed! I will come back specifically for him and his amazing hospitality

We came and dined in late in the evening, and Wes took amazing care of us! I would come back just to sit with him and he made our experience perfect. Bonefish is very lucky to have such a great server.

We had my daughter's birthday dinner there on 10/23 and we had an excellent time.

It was the Concord Mills/ Charlotte location.

Everyone, please do Bonefish Grill at Concord MIlls. When you get there please ask for Alexa section. She is an excellent waitress with supreme attention to detail. Now I saw excellent service being performed all around me by the other wait staff, but Alexa was the one serving my wife and I. Then management came by the table, and of course I told them what an excellent care being shown to us. It was just a wonderful experience. Did I mentioned it was my wife's birthday - no need to. The Bonefish staff made it a wonderful birthday!!! Thank you all.

Excellent service, clean, spacious atmosphere...cod and risotto not as flavorful as expected, Brussel sprouts just a little too charred. Bang bang shrimp superb as always

Had a large group for lunch and it went very well. Our table was ready, service was excellent and food was good. The lunch menu included several salads, salmon and several of us got the combo-tacos. My only minor complaint was the green beans were not cooked enough. Plenty of parking and easy to get to.
