Brickhouse Grill & Catering

If I could leave no stars I would. We come in for lunch and it’s 86 degrees inside the restaurant. Needless to say we were all hot and uncomfortable trying to eat. Right after getting our food, a young man who was coming around to fill up drinks came around once to fill our drinks. Now if you’re gonna have your restaurant at 86 degrees you best have a few people walking around to refill drinks. The young man stood at a single table, talking, for at least 10 minutes. We had to go over to him to get our drinks refilled. After notifying the manager of the service we received, he proceeded to cuss at us and told us to go somewhere else if we didn’t like the service. Even went as far as to follow us out of the restaurant saying to not come back. We have had issues with the manager being rude and disrespectful before but this is the first time he’s cussed at us and treated us horribly so we will definitely not be back. Absolutely appalled at the customer service but very disgusted at the behavior of the manager.

Tonight was our first time visiting Brickhouse. The food was amazing. The staff was amazing. We will most definitely be back. Thank you for a great dining experience.

The fried chicken was good and the fatback brought back memories of my grandparents. Please go check this place out you won’t be disappointed good food and great hospitality

We love that you offer different options each night you are open. We have never had a bad meal while eating at your restaurant. Between my husband and I eating there together and with family and friends the 13th 14th and 15th we all loved it and look forward to your amazing weekly options. Great buffet. Chicken is really good, pulled pork and brisket was delicious. They keep the food coming out and service is great. I would have given 5 stars but the music was up so loud and was way to much like bar or roadhouse music. This is a small restaurant with predominantly elderly folks eating at the buffet, and I felt the music made the environment very nerve-racking.

Went on what they call their “wing Buffet night” (only 3 flavors of wings) and they were all soggy, all of the sides tasted like they had just came out of a stouffers Box. We went with the intention to order off the menu, but we were never offered a menu, we were just handed a receipt for 4 buffets for $75!!!! All four of us agreed that we won’t be back. The only good thing about our visit was the waitress, she was a sweetheart and absolutely did her job as she was supposed to. Also it’s advertised online that they serve beer, well to my surprise “we don’t serve alcohol here”. Just a real all around disappointment. Sorry brickhouse, but your days of mine, my family and friends business is over.

The 1st time I tried this local, home cooked buffet. Senior pricing available. Family
owned & operated. We will be back! We went cos they had my favorites... pot roast, Brunswick stew, strawberry cake. Menu changes every day, they do post it on facebook!

The ONLY place I know of around here that serves fatback. I've been there for breakfast and lunch. Both are really good.
