The pizza has a great look and great taste to it. It takes me back to my days living in New Jersey where they had similar pizza. Long story short… if you’re looking for THAT type of pizza, THIS is the place. Plus I enjoy the atmosphere and the occasional genuinely friendly greeting from the owner. Great place; nothing else in the area comes close to their pizza, calzones, and garlic knits.?
Brooklyn pizza brings great shame to Brooklyn.Like a normal person I called ahead and ordered a pizza. Told20 min wait. Fine no problem. Get there exactly 25 min later, I could see my pizza melting away on top of the oven for another 15 min bc I’m held up behind 4 -5 other basic Betty’s in front of me, clearly whom have never ordered anything from a restaurant in their lives, tended to by one single cashier, on a busy Friday evening. By the time I got my under cooked, sloppy disgusting, cheese soup pizza, I was appalled. They have the audacity to charge nearly $30 , plus forced tip, undeserved, at lease have the decency to make sure it’s edible. I give this place 1 star and that’s being generous.The $1 slices they sell in Brooklyn makes Brooklyns Pizza look like a dumpster pretending to be fine dining.

Brooklyn's has the best pizza, and our family really enjoy their subs and calzones. Their high quality ingredients add to the authenticity and flavor of the food.You feel welcomed by the staff everytime you visit. I love that I am recognized by name and the staff remember details about my family. That's what makes Brooklyn's perfect!
Nice to have an old school kinda vibe. Great prices. Fed 3 adults and I child for less than $50. Each a grinder plus kids meal and 2 appetizers.To go. Would have been more with drinks. $9 for a nice grinder - some are less. They do have a bar on the 'After Hours' side. Drink prices look reasonable. They are closed on Sundays.Definitely want to come back and try a pizza.

What happened? We normally love your pizza but last night (Fri Mar 1) we ended up with a pepperoni pizza with hardly any pepperoni or sauce. Was just bread and cheese. I know it was busy but this was bad.

My husband, our 2 yr old grandson and myself went in at lunchtime. It was crowded, as to be expected!! There was only a small table available for dine in. We took it and got all 3 of us situated. Our pizza come out in perfect timing for a “made fresh” pizza. One of the owners told us “I’ll keep your pizza back here.”He even had a guy cut a slice into bites for our grandson. As we needed another slice we just took our plate to the counter. This was one of the best experiences at any restaurant that we have EVER had. The owner took everything into consideration. A small table, a hot pizza pan with a 2 yr old at the table & cutting a slice of pizza for the grandson. ALSO, AS ALWAYS, hands down, THE BEST PIZZA EVER!
I was impressed. They had a rather large eating area with a few TVs with sports events playing. The waitress was super sweet! We had a rather large group and she was on top of everything! Onto the main event...the food. I ordered the green log and for dessert I had their zeppola. Both were very good, the bread tasted freshly baked. I also tried the manicotti and calzone with artichokes, both were really good. Others in the party all enjoyed their dinners as well. Forgot to take any pictures before we finished everything. Maybe next time.
