Food was incredibly overcooked, my burger was dry and crunchy, my friends boneless wings were hard as a rock and fries were stale and cold. Staff was friendly and decently attentive for how busy they were, but sweet tea was incredibly sweet at the bottom of the glass, but unsweetened after a few sips.

This place is very popular, and for good reason! Servers and hosts are always nice and attentive, and for a smaller party of 2 you get sat pretty quickly. Food also comes out relatively fast and hot!

The food was delicious with great deals. The staff are nice but lack attentiveness. I noticed a patron harassing another with no intervention and the staff people constantly waiting to pay with little organization from staff. The food was delicious so I'll definitely go back. *Burgers are great! *Wings are perfect! *The chips and salsa are great! *They have the BEST potato wedges hands down!

I avoided this place for years due to the lousy food and service. I went two weeks ago and was surprised with the food and exceptional service. Tried again Friday night and had the same great food and service. My kid wanted to go again on the same weekend for his birthday. Same great food and service. Great work by everyone there to make this place great again!!!

Never order from here or support this location in store. SLOW service, there must be no manager or host on duty, because there is nobody to talk to about problems or to answer phones and portions are comical. Businesses relying on apps and faceless services is seriously eroding all customer service experiences

Everything was pretty sub par. Our food took quite a while to come out, and even then, some of our orders were incorrect or incomplete. My son ordered a grilled cheese but got a cheeseburger, he decided to just keep it because he didn't want to wait forever to get the correct item. I ordered a sampler and it came with no sauces, and by the time I asked for, and received the sauces all of my food was cold. The burger sliders had to be remade and still weren't correct, so I just ate them to be done with it. All in all pretty unsatisfied.

We had a group of almost 20 stop in this afternoon. Iv been to this location over ten times. Typically it’s an average experience. This time with our large group our BWW experience was the best Iv ever had. Cami (our waitress) was excellent. She kept our beverages filled, she was attentive to the little needs like lemons for waters etc. she handled our party great and provided the best service we have received at BWW.

I had no issues waiting on my order, but to receive my order and it’s poorly sauced as if it was a rush order is terrible. Seeing staff walk in and out the kitchen eating is unsatisfying and having there outside cups from QT etc. is unsanitary. For my first time, it was a terrible experience at this location.
