I visited this Burger King in Concord Mills on Sunday and had a decent experience. Everyone I seen except cashiers were wearing gloves. Very pleased with that. So I was satisfied. The next day I had to return an item purchased at a clothing store and decided to go back for what seemed to be a pleasant experience only to be met with rudeness and lack of consideration for what I requested. An older male server was packing the food without gloves after exiting from the back. I requested that he use gloves after witnessing the prior day of him doing so -I didn't think it would be a problem- but it was. He stated that he doesn't have to. I simply mentioned but he was wearing them the day before so could he please do so for me. He replied he doesn't have to but if they want to they will. I again asked could he make an exception and do so as that was the reason I came back. He ignored the request began to speak spanisg to the cashier/claimed manager. I asked again nicely if he was going to pack my food using gloves as he was still handling food without gloves. He then said to me if I want to get my money back I can. Again not honoring a simple request. This type of behavior suggest ignorance and a lack of professionalism. My Hispanic brother if you are that unhappy you should go to your native country because I could tell you didn't grow up here. Your misery is noticeable.

Forgot to review it but like 2 months ago I went here and the woman with glasses working at the front was saying some weird things about me in spanish to her coworkers thinking i wouldn’t understand, she still works there i saw her a couple days ago

Better than the bellow standard expectations we get back home. We enjoyed our double cheeseburger, fries, classic wrap, drinks, and Hershey pie. The employees were courteous, and quick.On their wall is a sign that boasts they were finalist for the company’s gold standard award.My reason for four instead of five stars is the atmosphere. They are located in an extremely busy mall. The food court is very noisy, and it’s hard to find seating.

Food was ok. Service was some of the worst I've had anywhere. Gentleman calls my number to pick up food sees me walking to him sets my food down on the back counter, starts speaking to another gentleman in Spanish and they walk off I had to wait until another gentleman walked out from the kitchen to get my order and when I asked why it was left sitting out he just asked if I wanted ketchup. Terrible service for a twelve dollar Whopper. I won't go back. Too many other choices in the food court for BK with awful service.

Very slow. No sense of urgency. No one seemed to be in charge, just some kids running the show. Spill left puddle in front of counter and instead of putting a sign up, the girl got a red sanitizer bucket and \\\"BATHROOM\\\" cleaner and started spraying the counter then wiping it in the floor. Then put the towel with the bathroom cleaner on it back in the sanitizer bucket water.
We tried to use the code from the app and was told they don't accept them (even when the app said Concord Mills). Was also told of we were paying in cash, we needed to pay the exact amount. Then ordered a Whopper with no cheese and they added cheese. My fiance ordered a Whopper and they guy did not let him customize it and just copied my order. We could not eat the fries because of the amount of salt.
