Just ordered a large onion rings and they couldn’t even get that right. Old grease and onion rings were not cooked. Absolutely disgusting! Ordering a large, I asked for two zesty sauces. Cashier told me it would be $0.75. Ok BK Concord Mills, you just got Burger King banned from my patronage. Never again!

For a fast food establishment they are the opposite of fast food you can be the only customer but have to wait 10-15minutes for the cooks to "catch up" you pull around the corner and no one is even eating inside. Every time.

They no longer carry the Impossible Wopper which is the only reason I went here. It was the best tasting burger they had despite it was meatless.

Vegetarian options: Other than fries and a drink there is no longer any vegetarian options.

I visited this location today for lunch and couldn't be happier with the service and food. All three interactions at the drive-thru were great: Young lady that took my order, the cashier and finally the individual that gave me my food. All very courteous and kind.

I ordered the whopper meal and the burger and fries were piping hot, both were delicious!

On September 17th, 2023, at approximately 1:30 PM, I had an exceptional customer service experience at a Burger King drive-through. The employee who took my order, a Black woman with short blonde hair, was adorned with silver jewelry and frequently used the word "Queen." She was a true Queen herself! Her exceptional service, friendly demeanor, and considerate attitude were truly remarkable. Despite me having a terrible day, her outstanding customer service made me feel a little better on that moment. I would like to express my gratitude to her and emphasize the need for more employees like her within the Burger King organization. Her service exemplifies the values of exceptional customer service and positive energy that Burger King should strive to maintain.

I passed the first window in the drive thru, Because I did not hear the person. Say pulled to the first window or anything of that nature, not saying that they didn't say it, but I didn't hear them when I go to the second window. They tell me I have to go to the first window. So I asked, will, are you open on the inside? I could just come inside, I was told. Yes, I said, okay, I'll come in. They said, okay, I'll go inside and they tell me I have to go back to the first window to pay for my food. It's though they don't know how to transfer a ticket to a different
Cash register. Offered my phone so that they can go back there and make the payment. And two of the employees refused to grab my phone to make the payment like you're seriously about to make me go back in the drive through to the first window.Instead of just telling me no, no, don't come in, you have to back up because at that point I would have driven around since backing up was not the safest thing to do. Y'all need to get it together.How ridiculous.

If I could give 0 reviews I would. Customer service is horrible. The guy rung my food up, and for 3 meals it came up to $89. I told him that's not right. He then said what did I get. Are you serious. So he had to get the manger. It then came up to $54. On top of that. The food was cold. I will not be back here
