I don’t normally leave reviews but honestly this location used to be my fav yk place to stop and grab coffe or my matcha I had a really great experience with the old ladies that used to work there . This girls are working currently are so rude , and today was enough for me . I won’t never come back here again and no recommend to anyone either . The manager should do better and hire people who actually knows how to be respectful with the clients and nice . My husband and I were very disappointed

I usually love this place, but my most recent order was terrible! I asked for 1/2 sweet on my PSL, and it was super sweet! Also, I had the pumpkin pie coffogato, and there were NO graham cracker crumbs in the drink, no pumpkin drizzle. We've had this drink before, and it was amazing, but my last order was terrible. Very disappointing. Consistency is lacking here.

10-25-24 DELICIOUS! First of all, my wife and I were impressed by the people working here. They were professional and knew what they were doing. I got a Fall Harvest Cold Brew and my wife got a Cookie Butter Latte. They were so good! Definitely recommend.
My boyfriend and I love this place! This is our go to coffee shop. Every drink we've had has been really good. There are a variety of syrup flavors including sugar free and they also have a good amount of dairy free milk options. I recently had an iced matcha with almond milk and sugar free brown sugar syrup. It was so good! I love the espresso and the staff is always friendly. I used to work in coffee so I appreciate a place that is so consistent. We will be back!

I had a great experience at Canal Coffee Co. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, making me feel welcome right away. I was happy to see they offer a military discount, which is a wonderful gesture of appreciation. They have an extensive selection of coffee, so there’s something for everyone. I tried the caramel macchiato with an extra shot, and it was absolutely perfect—smooth, with just the right balance of flavor. If you’re looking for a quick, quality coffee from a local family-owned spot, this is the place to go!
